Nails So Happy

I’m not usually one to leave reviews BUT I feel like this one is needed. I went to this salon to get a full set and the guy who did them was amazing. He took his time and made my nails exactly what I asked for. I went back and got a fill in which is what is shown in the photo. For a fill in I was charged $89 dollars. I got these for an out of town trip so it was important. 2 days after arriving out of town one of my nails just broke off and I was not doing anything major with my hands. After that of the week most of the nails nail polish had chipped completely away. By the end of the week I was missing three nails and had almost no polish. Again, being out of town I could not get these fixed. Their service has been amazing both times I went. However, for $89 dollars I expect my nails to last atleast 3 weeks.

I’ve been to this salon three times, and my first two visits were amazing — which makes this last one really disappointing. During my pedicure, the nail tech actually slapped my leg to kill a fly, which was very unprofessional. I was also cut in two places on my big toe. I usually get acrylic on my big toes, but instead of doing a refill, he just painted over them. When I mentioned it, he did try to fix it, but another tech came by and said it “looked fine,” which felt dismissive. The end result was uneven nails and a poor paint job. I was supposed to get a fill for my hands as well, but after how the pedicure went, I decided to just pay for that service and leave. I came back to voice my concerns and an employee handed me their phone so I could FaceTime the manager to share my concerns, but instead of acknowledging the poor service, I was just told they’d “do better next time.” I wasn’t asking for a refund — I paid for the service — but I did expect my experience to be taken seriously. It’s unfortunate, because I really liked this salon before. I was so excited when I found them, because my old nail tech is taking a break from the industry and she was amazing. I hope management takes feedback like this to heart so other clients don’t have the same experience.

I live in Huntsville but I was in town and needed my nails done. She did such a good job. My nails and cuticles went from raggedy to cute in a short amount of time. She cleaned up my fingers around my nails. I also appreciate her asking me multiple times throughout if I liked what she was doing. Highly recommend this place.

I couldn’t get the original photo Jenny took but i was more than happy with the service i received at “Nails So Happy”. The shop was aesthetically pleasing , customer service from ALL employees was amazing and Jenny did a bomb job on my nails for my grandmothers birthday party. I showed her a picture of the dress i will be wearing and she definitely came through. Also another employee did my pedi to match and it came out real good . I would definitely recommend going to Nails So Happy in Dothan AL
