NAILS OF GRACE SPA

Very disappointed! Had my nails done and she cut my finger, didn't even apologize, did a sloppy job, didn't even clean the paint from under my nails, from the messy job. The lengths were uneven on some of them and bumpy. This was my first time here, and I must have gotten the most unfriendly and incompetent employee! I cannot recommend this place, and even a woman who works at the Public across the street says that she's heard bad things about it also, so I guess they have a reputation going. I was very disappointed because my daughter paid for these nails before we left on a trip so I was hoping for a nice experience and a good job. Instead, the woman was unfriendly, didn't speak or smile, and did a bad job and cut me!

Would definitely recommend! Ben did a fantastic job with my nails. He worked very hard to make sure I had all the colors I wanted and that the design was perfect. I could not be more happy with my experience!! I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with tips and nail art.

I had Ben and he was amazing! He made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I loved my nails. I love a simple/ clean look and he got the color and shape on point. Overall, everyone is so kind and I won’t be going anywhere else!

upon walking in , the front desk worker acted stuck up and rude towards me. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes which I was okay with considering they were just , once the woman started working on me nails she rudely told me the nails shape i wanted wasn’t right and was trying to correct me even after showing pictures. When drilling she didn’t ask what length i wanted until after she already drilled them down and they were cut too short. When trying to find the color to match the base coat on my nails told me no to the one i picked out and proceeded to choose the one she thought looked best (did not match the image i showed at all). While get nails done she took a break so i used my arm to move my leg and was aggressively told to give her my hand and while my hands were in the gel light she walked off and started on a different client not telling me when it was okay to take them out. Nails turned out nothing like image shown and way to thick. It really upset me, I am not paying someone to do a service for me for them just make me feel like an inconvenience. Completely unacceptable, I would take accountability if I was being a difficult client but in no way was I difficult. picture on left what was shown , picture on right is what i left with

I came in about 1.5-2 hours before closing but felt rushed the entire time. My artist barely spoke to me and didn't ask what I wanted done with my nails. I wanted a design but ended up only getting plain painted. When he finished with my nails he got up and left, not giving me any time to review my nails. I left with lumpy, uneven, and blocky nails. I chose to come here after seeing pictures of the great designs they've done and didn't even get the chance to try one out, and definitely won't be giving it another chance.
