Woodhouse Spa - Birmingham

Super super disappointed!! I booked a massage for myself and my daughters on Tuesday 11/25 At 11 am. My friend from North Alabama also had booked a massage at 11 with us too. Woodhouse spa confirmed our appointments a week or 2 in advance and made sure we were aware that if we cancelled anytime within 24 hours we would b charged the full massage. Pls keep in mind none of the 4 of us have ever been to Woodhouse spa. I took the day off from work and drove 1 1/2 hours for this massage. I received a call at 9:45 am on Tuesday 11/25 from the spa when I was already in Birmingham when we had 4 appointments at 11 am informing me that the painters that were supposed to have finished the night before did not finish and that they would need to reschedule our visit. I explained that I had taken the day off of work and driven an hour and a half and she just said she was sorry. Not let me fix this for u or your next massage is half off or even free. Nothing but I’m sorry. I understand things happen but do not accept I’m sorry when I took the day off and drove 1 1/2 hours to get to our appointment. I had already spent $190 for half of our appointment. Not impressed at all! Super disappointed.

My girl was amazing!! She was wanting to do exactly what I asked and even told me before hand if she needed to change the pressure up during the massage to let her know as she went! The place was clean and well stocked for customer use! Everyone was so nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

LaLa is THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST!! Incredible massage. I do like the quiet room but I asked for wine about 3 times and it was given to someone else but besides that always an all star experience

The Woodhouse Spa at the Summit is absolutely a beautiful luxury to treat yourself, to treat a loved one, to give as a gift! One of the most special things about this spa are the fabulous employees! Everyone is so very kind, so mannerly, and they genuinely want your experience to be so relaxing! KATIE is positively FABULOUS!!! I had the 50 minute hydrofacial and never has my skin felt so clean, fresh, radiant, glowing! KATIE is so very Kind, so Excellent at her talent and gift of incorporating all the fabulous features of the hydrofacial experience, and she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! THANK YOU so much for truly such a wonderful, relaxing, beautiful facial experience! I look forward to seeing Katie and all the excellent team after the wedding as mother of the groom! It was an awesome experience! I selected a different service this time. It was longer than average but much needed. Although I was sore the next day it really helped relive some tension in my neck and shoulders. My therapist was great !
