2025-11-17I came here to get my nails done and the experience was terrible. The nails were see-through to my natural nail, the brown polish was thick and sloppy, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I asked if they could just cut them down and paint over them, and they told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, they kept me waiting, so I asked for a refund—and they refused. As you can see in the photos, the nails are messy, uneven, thick, and see-through. I ended up having to go to another nail tech who FIXED them and cut them down for me. I paid $90 here and then another $50 somewhere else just to get them corrected. Overall, a horrible experience.
