Lavish Nail Lounge

I came here to get my nails done and the experience was terrible. The nails were see-through to my natural nail, the brown polish was thick and sloppy, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I asked if they could just cut them down and paint over them, and they told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, they kept me waiting, so I asked for a refund—and they refused. As you can see in the photos, the nails are messy, uneven, thick, and see-through. I ended up having to go to another nail tech who FIXED them and cut them down for me. I paid $90 here and then another $50 somewhere else just to get them corrected. Overall, a horrible experience. 10/10 Luxurious and relaxing every single time! My mom and I absolutely love Lavish Nail Spa! Jenny has been doing our nails for over 9 years, and we truly can't imagine going anywhere else. She's so detailed, professional, and kind. The steam treatment was incredible - it added such a calming, spa-like touch to the experience. Every visit leaves us feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend if you're looking for top-tier nail care and a luxury spa vibe in Birmingham!

Update***: I’ve continued coming to Amy for both my nails and toes, and she never disappoints! She’s incredibly talented, patient, and always brings my Pinterest inspo to life with ease. My nails and pedicures last so long, and her attention to detail is unmatched. You can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’ll keep recommending Amy to everyone I know — she’s the best! 💅✨ Original Post (May 2025): I had such a great experience getting my pedicure with Amy ! She was so sweet and accommodating, constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with the service and the design—which I absolutely love. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Mr. Hero did an excellent job on my nails. I explained what i wanted but couldn’t quite put it on nails lol. He did exactly that. Took his time, was patient and listened. Definitely recommend him anytime.

Lavish Nail Lounge is a luxurious experience! The experience exceed my expectations every time! This was a professional and luxurious atmosphere with next level creativity! I was able to suggest a nail design and Mr. Hero took it to the next level! This is Birmingham’s best salon by far! Thank you Hero!!!
