2025-11-04Update!!! Salon called me and asked me to come in and let them correct the mistake. They were very polite and apologized for the misunderstanding. Emma did a great job and I will continue to go and see her 😊. I changed the starvrating and adding updated pic. Thanks Ruby nail bar for standing behind your services. I asked for the nails on left, pic on right is what was done less than hour ago and was still charged $50 when I tired to tell them it wasnt right. Very disappointed after all rave reviews I saw. This was my 3rd visit. My first visit i had gel polish done on my own nails on Monday. By Thursday I had to go back it had started chipping off. Well one week later it was chipped off again on all my nails. I took it all off ( thought maybe it was just bad polish) and went back today asked for full set and it doesnt look at all like what I asked for. Very disappointing. Again this was only an hour ago that I had the acrylics full set done

2025-10-03If any review sticks out, I hope this one does! Ruby nail bar is the ONLY salon I will go to in the jasper, Alabama area! I reside in North Carolina, and this is the only salon that has given me an amazing experience while visiting. I’m in Alabama every couple months, and I cannot express how great this salon is. From the pedicures to the manicures, this is the place to be! Emma is one of my favorites, but all the employees are super kind and great at their job!
