The ladies who work here are nice, and the location itself is cute. Ive been twice. This last time I took my daughter (6yo) for her first mani/pedi for her birthday and we got them done together. It was a nice experience, nail tech was friendly and patient. It was $150– so $180 with tip. Mind you we didn’t get anything crazy besides gel polish on hands—(both of which started peeling in two days). No biggie— it happens, but still annoying with the amount spent. While there, I went ahead to schedule for a hair appointment. There wasn’t one that fit my schedule for 3 weeks and I said maybe I would call back to schedule in front of my calendar otherwise I would forget. Front desk assured me that I would get a text two days and 24hrs before, so I wouldn’t forget and could reschedule if needed. Of course, I forgot like I knew I would…no texts/call/email, nothing…and I get a call about my missed appointment. I explained the above and that I didn’t receive any texts or confirmation calls, nothing…she said they would be charging my card on file for the missed appointment. No apology for their systems malfunction, no other options provided. For the high-prices of their services, I would expect a higher level of customer service— maybe start calling customers before appointments like most places do? And don’t reassure that reminders will be provided if its not guaranteed.

Great experience it was my first time sense I travel for work it’s hard to get a Brazilian when you have to go to someone new regularly. That being said I was completely comfortable from check in through the waxing we chit chatted and that really helps take your mind off things. The owner of the salon was my waxer and she made me feel 110% comfortable and did a great job. We had to move areas right after my first appointment but I’ll be driving an hour and a half for my next session and my customer facial. They sent me off with a care bag with all the supply’s for after care. They were great 10/10 recommend for your waxing needs.

My daughter & I absolutely love this gem of a place.We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Everyone here is always so kind & make you feel so welcome. The best in services & some of the most adorable,unique merchandise. Highly recommend! 10/10

Lauren Logan is my hair removal / wax girl! She does a great job. Friendly and talkative! I will continue to keep using her for as long as possible!

I love going to Elle Luxe! Courtney is excellent! She has so much patience as she does my waxing. Not to mention when you enter the store you are welcomed by so many beautiful things for sale. If you are looking for a salon spa I totally recommend without reservation. The staff is so great. So friendly and welcoming!!!
