2025-05-24We live about 40 minutes from Albertville, but I had to go there to get our car serviced at the dealership and my daughters were wanting to get their nails done so I just googled nail salons in Albertville. Top Nails was the closest to where we were so we went there and they were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and patient. My older daughters picked really difficult designs they found on Pinterest, and my other daughter is 3 years old.. they were happy to accommodate and they did a fantastic job on the designs. Tina did the multicolored nails, a younger girl did the blue ones and a very nice man did my 3 year olds nails, I didn’t get their names but I wish I would have so I could mention them specifically in this post. We will forever drive all the way to Albertville to get their nails done at Top Nails, great customer service, clean salon, affordable prices and very talented professionals!

2025-05-29I got a full set three weeks and within a week two fell off. I came back and they fixed them for a fee of course. Got a fill 4 days ago and already one broke off again. I came back in today to have the one fixed and they wanted me to wait 30-45 minutes behind their appointments to fix my one nail. Y’all already had my time, 4 days ago, you won’t get it again. Never going back, I do not recommend, if I could leave no stars I would.

2025-10-02I usually get the older lady to do my nails and she always does an amazing job today they had a younger girl in there and my nails are already coming loose at the ends where they put them on they're way too long I asked her twice to cut them down shorter and she didn't they're sticking up in the air instead of being flat down I'm going back tomorrow hoping I can get them to fix them and they don't charge me any extra I'm kind of upset about this

2025-08-29Had a 12 o’clock appointment I was there and I left. Why do you make appointments if they don’t even get you on the time they’re supposed to I will not go back. I do not recommend that is not great customer service.
