Sassy Nails

I have had great service there numerous times but Saturday I went and the guy was unfriendly and didn’t do what i asked and the left hand was a matte finish and the right has had a gloss finish. The nails did not match and he charged me $61 for a fill in. The full set was not that much and like another review I was charged 1$ over. There was no special design on my nails and should not have even been close to $61. Won’t go back. Also needed fill in a week later with the intentional technique he used to have to fill in sooner and the polish came off. Bad service.

My granddaughters nails look great however, when I called about pricing they said 40 dollars. When we got ready to pay they charged 55 but the real kicker was they charged me 56 on my card. I didn't feel like arguing and her nails were nice so I didn't say anything. All she got was almond shaped acrylics with white tips. It wasn't anything fancy. The pricing issue is the only reason for the lower rating.

Best gel manicure I’ve had in years! Nellci (I’m sure I’m misspelling her name, sorry) was so gentle and took her time with me. Very sweet! I’ll be back for sure!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! 10000/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking for the best place with reasonable prices. I will NEVER go anywhere else to get my nails done:)

I have always gone here to get my nails done they always come out nice but the last 3 times I have experienced terrible service . All I asked this last time i when is if he could put a second coat bc some nails were kind of see through in some places and he yelled “this is how we do things , I will cut your nails of then “and for me to not have wasted two hours for nothing I said “no there fine like this nvm” . But he previously time have been the same where something is off or I would like fixed and he refuses to so he yells at me . I don’t know about yall but if I’m paying for a service I want them to be done right and not expected to be yelled at if I point something out .
