Albertville Nails

No! Do not come here!! We are in from out of town and I decided to bring my Daughter (4) and my Mother-in-law for 2 full sets of acrylic nails and a gel polish for my Daughter. NEVER have I ever had such a disrespectful person do my nails. They only had 2 people working and they had 2 people here when we arrived. After waiting our turn, they started on my nails, then took someone else who came in after us next, instead of my daughter or Mother-in-law. After I was scolded for what nails I wanted and told well you must not have ever gotten your nails done before I said no I get them done regularly. Then they went to take another person, I said we were here first and that they needed to do us first. They finally took my mother-in-law and then the lady was absurdly rude to her for what she wanted as well. As they went to move us again, I said you need to do my daughters nails. She finally did and complained the whole time she painted her nails. Finally after she finished my daughters nails, she went to do a pedicure, mind you, I still have not had my full set painted yet. Her excuse is she needs more time to paint them. So my mother in law is getting her acrylic now and we've been here 2 hours already after starting my nails. I'm just absolutely shook at the disrespect that we have experienced today. We were there 3 hours and we will never go back.

Will NEVER go back again!! The lady was rude, disrespectful, she was rough,and did a very bad job on my nails, I have three that are crooked, I didn’t ask for anything special or was not being difficult. She was in such a rush to get to the next person, she just threw them on. And ladies that came in AFTER us were put ahead of us! What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience with my granddaughter turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Absolutely 💯 % love this Nail place. Now they for sure treat their customers with respect. I have been with them so long that I have watched their children grow up as they have mine. I never have a problem with nails. 💅

They ALWAYS do an amazing job on my nails! Been going to them for over 10 years now in life and I always leave satisfied. Prices are great and atmosphere is calming. They amazingly shape my nails very nicely and take the time to really care for my hands. I recommend them over any place in town.

I went to get my nails done for prom and the women doing my nails was nothing but rude. The man was nice thankfully. As I was getting my nails painted I was yelled at for accidentally tapping my nail on on the dryer I didn’t say a word the entire time the lady sat and didn’t even ask me what glitter I wanted just chose one she wanted to use and after I asked for something different she pulled one out and said it wasn’t right so I was basic forced to have a glitter I didn’t want. The place was also gross they were using the same dirty paper towels for customers🤮. I will not be going back and i do not recommend this place at all!!!
