2025-06-08The service there is amazing that was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had in years and the design that I took with me Brian nailed it perfectly. I rate this place at 10 out of 10. today is June 7 where I return to Jay’s nails favorite place to go in Birmingham. And Brian Slade, my 3-D you have to go see the people at Jay’s nails, but Brian is going to be my favorite forever. Can’t wait to go back 10 out of 10.

2025-11-23I visit this nail salon sporadically, but have always had a decent manicure pedicure. However, today, the gentleman who did my pedicure was extremely rude and impatient. He put the wrong color polish on my feet and once I realized what he was doing, I said something, and he raised his voice at me. He did change the polish, but he was rude in the process. From that moment, for my experience went downhill. He seemed upset because I had a new product on my nails that they didn’t sell. I had them done while in Chicago. He told me it would be another $15 to remove this product. Then he started mumbling prices and I couldn’t understand him so I repeatedly asked for him to say it again and he was very agitated so I left. Needless to say, I will not be returning
