2024-08-06Not at all impressed. Spent almost $100 on gel mani and pedi, was a treat as I don’t do this often at all- maybe yearly. Never instructed to wash my nails although tips were placed, sanded and resanded.i even asked employee about me needing to wash my hands- she said no. My cuticles were cut, which opens up chances of infection. Cuticles on nails look awful after mani. At least ask a customer to wash their hands after sanding, and apply cuticle oil when mani finished. Sorry I spent $$$ here.
