2025-11-11Started getting my nails done here in 2022-2024, and took a break all of 2025 up until September. I’ve recently gone back 3 times, and got solid color full sets each time. I use to get designs and frenchies, $80-$100+. The nail quality has gone down heavily. Polish is streaky, cuticles flooded and uneven, lopsided and uneven shapes, and poor service from the techs. While doing my nails, none of them ask me if I like the shape, or the color. If I ask them to fix it, or shorten the nails a little bit, they look at me like I asked them to take the whole set off and start again. They never cut my cuticles, which I don’t mind since I doubt the tools are fully sterilized, or even sanitized properly. The prices aren’t horrible, but if i’m paying $60-$80, i’d like to be treated like a human being. Each time I tip more than 20%, but that doesn’t matter. The quality has completely gone down. Just go to a real nail tech who will make sure your nails look good, their products are sanitized, and treat you well. Use to be a great place to get your nails done, but not anymore.

2025-11-15Great location to come solo or with a friend. Best place for pedicures with a serene location to truly relax to the sound of water. Other salons can be stressful but I truly relax here. And always on time. Not overbooked like other places that leave you waiting.

2025-12-19Always a good day when I get a pedicure at Pewaukee nails. They do such a beautiful job and the room has a waterfall and is dark. They turn off the light for the massage and use candle wax. Very relaxing!
