2025-05-15This was my first time going to an actual salon and I had a positive experience! Erin greeted me with a friendly attitude and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she explained to me what she could do to match it the best she could. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there. She did a very nice job on my haircut and the purple highlights I asked for, and gave me pointers on how to keep the color in as long as possible. She made nice conversation with me, and it felt like I had been going there for years. At the end, she curled my hair, and I felt beautiful when I left the salon. Yes it's more expensive than a normal hairdresser, but a lot more is included in that price, so it was worth it to me. I would definitely go back!

2017-07-27Didnt do a good job on my highlights. Didnt complete a full partial. added lowlights in only some areas and didnt bring them all the way to the end OR all the way around my head. My hair was a nice blonde color before (easy to lighten) and i felt like I walked out orange with to dark of lowlights. My old hair dresser fixed my hair, and took pictutes of the old color before she did so. I tried emailing them on their site about a refund because I didnt want to go back for them to mess up my hair. So i ended up paying in full for something that damaged my hair, and I got a lousy color and had to pay my hairstylist to fix what was messed up... very unsatisfied. I will say the only good thing was the cut.
