Nails River Road: Puyallup, WA

I read the reviews after deciding to try a new place after 15 years at another local nail salon. They were not lying!!!! You don’t know what to expect because the windows are partially covered, but Oh Mylanta. The cleanest nail salon in Puyallup! I was immediately greeted by a gal and was asked what I came in for. She asked to me to pick out my colors (they have cat eye options which I did for my mani). Also was asked to check in on their tablet at the front desk. I was then seated in my spa chair. It has a charger for your phone! They asked if I wanted a beverage. They have coffee, tea, water, and wine! I chose to do the volcano pedicure that everyone talked about on the reviews and it is an experience and worth every penny!!!! The entire experience was memorable and will definitely go back! Linda and Jenni were awesome and personable while still being professional. Hopefully I’ll get at least one them again when I return in about 3 weeks.

Excellent service! They offer all kinds of drinks, and the employees are friendly. To my surprise, they even gave me a Christmas gift. I highly recommend them! Besides that, I came with my one-year-old daughter, and the employees were so patient with her. They put cartoons on the TV for her and gave her snacks. I'm simply in love with my nails, they look like they're straight out of a magazine! I don't want to exaggerate, but the service is truly excellent.

I am in love. This is absolutely my new favorite place in the world. The vibes, the friendly staff, the AMAZING technician Kelly that did my nails. I felt like a princess with all the attention to detail and giving me the most fabulous set of nails in my life. I cant wait to go back for a pedicure. 10 out of 10 recommend

I needed a new nail shop that was close to my area and I am so glad I found this place. First off, the place was super clean and the decor was really nice and modern. I was greeted right away and asked what services I wanted. I explained to them that I needed pretty much the works because it has been a while since I had a manicure and pedicure. I was able to show pictures and pick out exactly what I wanted and needed. I received some of the best treatments that I have had in a long time. This definitely will be my new spot for my pampering days.

Won’t be back. Nails are all different shapes and sizes. My simple Mickey head design on two fingers was an extra $8 and they came out wonky and larger than I wanted. Polish was left on my fingers. Place is very clean and they offer drinks, they were nice, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars. Daughter wasn’t happy with her Mickey heads either. We spent $209 for 2 polish pedicures, 1 gel manicure and 1 full set acrylic.
