Sassy Nails

I hate to be that person, however I feel like I have to for the safety of others. I’ve been to many nail salons trying to find the right one with good prices and good reviews. I’m normally very understanding when things aren’t perfect — especially when people are busy — but when you pay $75 for what I walked out with, plus serious safety concerns, you can’t just stay quiet. First and foremost, the woman who started my nails cut my cuticle so badly that I bled. She was extremely rough the entire time, and when I flinched, she just sprayed rubbing alcohol directly onto the open cut and said, “It’s rubbing alcohol,” like that made everything okay. The issue isn’t just the pain — it’s how dangerous it is when you draw blood and then use the same tools on other people. I watched tools being passed around after being used on me, and I genuinely hope everyone involved is safe… but that is a risk I will never take again. On top of the safety problem, my nails turned out so bad that I honestly wanted to cry while watching them get finished. I tried multiple times to explain how I wanted the shape, but they ignored what I was asking for and the final result looked nothing like what I requested. I don’t even want these nails on my hands. And if that wasn’t enough, my daughter came with me to get a simple fill, and she walked out with half-removed acrylics still left stuck to her nails — not cleaned up, not filled, not shaped — just torn-off pieces left behind. That is not what she came in for.

They got me and my mother in quickly. Very personable, clean and friendly. We have decided they will be our new go to shop. Love the details when you get designs and that the nails last.

As someone who has a hard time spending money on themselves I definitely feel like I wasted mine here. This place has been my go to since I moved here a couple years ago. I have had this set for a week and nails are already lifting. After one week is insane to me especially for the price (nails done on 3/22). I typically have the best service here but this time it was lacking on a whole new level. Typically they trim your nails and cuticles before they start prepping for nails. Not this time. She went straight to nail prep. Which led to not only a fill gap after ONE WEEK but my left thumbnail is CROOKED! Sorry to say I will not be going back or recommending them. I'm embarrassed that I brought my friend there while hyping you guys up. (Note: the video & first picture were taken on 3/22)
