Brass Ring

Do not make an appointment with Billie. She rescheduled myself, husband, and son's haircuts and then canceled on us 30 mins before our appointments. Now my son has to go without or we have to go somehwere else and wait an hour. Plus when I was in getting my nails done a few weeks before she was having to apologize to customers for being almost an hour behind schedule. Horrible customer service, accountability, and integrity.

so happy I'm back at Brass Ring and charise is my new hair angel, she's awesome! I would refer her to anyone that needs any color & or a cut, love her 🥰

UPDATE: it’s been 3 years since my first review and I have been seeing Billie Jean the entire time. From long hair blonde highlights, regular waxing, the big chop and now maintaining my pink hair. I can’t recommend her enough. 💕

I saw Tami Blacknall today, for a much needed haircut, as a new client to the salon. All of the staff were friendly, and Tami was a delight to work with. She quickly understood what I was looking for and did exactly what I wanted (too often hairdressers tend to only half listen, and then do what they think would look best anyway!), she spent extra time styling my hair for me and the entire charge for the wash/cut/style was only $40. Amazing! Additionally, I was extra relieved to see the amount of effort put into disinfecting and distancing, for COVID. I am a happy, new client!

Great group of girls here who continue their professional education, are sanitary, and make sure you leave happy!
