This was my first time at the salon, and it was especially disappointing because these were meant to be my holiday nails. I had high hopes; however, this is how I walked out after requesting a fill with an off-white color and chrome. As you can see from the photo, this is not what I asked for, and the workmanship was very sloppy. I did show my nails to the male staff member working the front desk, and while he was super nice and did give me 10% off, the overall experience was still very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return to this salon again.

My friend and I walked out of CK NAILS with work half done due to extremely rude management, and went to Nail Studio in willowbrook as they were the only ones open at 6 pm close by. Their service, level of attention and the work took us by surprise. We were so happy. They were little bit cheaper in pricing, were faster with their work, and offered coffee which was so good. The place was cleaner and their hand washing sinks and all were so well sanitized with single use hand towels to wipe your hands after the wash. Ck instead has paper napkins (which is fine) but it states there "take one only". It was so worth it spending the money at Nail studio. In a way, I'm glad with whatever went down at CK as it forced us to try something new which we wouldn't have otherwise. In hindsight, it became the best thing ever. We will definitely be back!

I booked a last minute appointment and was impressed at how organized and accommodating the salon was despite being super busy. I give Tina 5 stars. I can’t thank her enough for squeezing me in last minute! She managed to fit me in last minute without compromising the quality of her work. I was supposed to get just acrylic take off (cause thats the only service available at the time since it’s a very busy day at the salon and my acrylic nails were grown out and the gap was too noticeable) and then maybe come back another day for their signature gel manicure or a new set. She took her time but worked so efficiently, made sure I was happy every step of the way, and gave me such beautiful nails. It was such a thoughtful gesture of her not to make me come back another day. Highly recommend!!

Such a hidden gem! Love the book online system and flexibility in hours. The salon is clean and stylish plus comfy. The service (pedicure) was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. We were offered drinks and well taken care of. I love how friendly all of the staff are and how happy they are as well- we laughed and joked and chatted. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will be back. Thank you and a special thanks to Fiona !
