Perfect Nails

I chose this salon based on reviews and I will regret it every day. I will never be back. When I arrived there was only 1 woman there who i showed the photo to and explained i wanted a fill with a design. Rather than turning me away because she clearly was not able to do it she agreed. She immediately called someone and pinned the phone between her shoulder and ear while drilling on my nails. A while goes by and she just keeps drilling (now i believe it was stalling until someone else could get there) another woman arrives and tells me she will be taking care of me. This woman is rough... drilling hard and fast she actually injured 4 fingers with the drill. She then paints and starts sticking my fingers in glitter. The glitter they pick turns out to be green. They both dont really speak with me and instead speak another language only to each other while frantically dipping my nails in different colors. After 1hr 20mins they both know they cannot do this. I explain im on a schedule do will need to leave soon. They put on my top coat and then charged me. I do not feel I should be paying for this lack of quality but im not one to argue I hand her my card and she asks how much im adding for the tip...... my fingers have been hit with the drill and are bleeding. They are lumpy and gritty. Some have orange and green some are just green and purple... I have gel and glitter on my skin. My fingers feel like I pushed them into a pencil sharpener. And my nice warm cozy nail design turned into a loaded diaper. Then u have the audacity to charge me and ask for a tip.... as soon as I was gone the 2nd lady rushed out to her car and left.... I now have to either look at these every day for the next 2 weeks or go somewhere else and pay to fix what they messed up. So im paying twice it seems. No customer service at all. No accountability. All I got was a "im so sorry. That will be $xx.xx and how much would you like to leave for a tip?"

Got my nails don’t here by Vi and all I can say is I LOVE them!!! I’m supposed to only have natural or neutral colors for work and I asked her if she could do a natural hombre and she killed it!! I couldn’t be happier. Vi is great!

Definitely recommend this nail salon, my MIL and I decided to have a last minute girls day and went to get our nails done. I haven’t been to any nail salons since moving here a year and half ago and we decided to check this place out on a whim since it’s across the street from where I live. Both of the nail techs were extremely accommodating to us being a walk in appointment and were able to take us right away. They have several colors to choose from and their salon is very clean and organized. I got an acrylic full set and my MIL got gel classic french tips. Both techs did a quick and amazing job and were extremely friendly. I’m so glad we came across this salon and I will definitely be back!

I have gotten my nails done 3 times there and all 3 times have been amazing. Always having amazing survice offering water as well as snacks. The workers are also super bubbly and happy. It’s making me think of getting my lashes done as well next time.

First time here & me and my 9yr daughter had an amazing experience. We both got pedicures, daughter got a manicure & I got a full set! Danny was amazing took care of us he did our pedicures & he's the one that did my daughters nails. She had a great time. He made her feel so comfortable and understood what she wanted, gave her ideas and she loved it! My daughter wants to go back and only wants him. Vee did my nails and I love it. She takes her time and my nails are even. The design is perfect. Thank you. My daughter and I will definitely be back to see them. :) 10/10 recommend
