I had my acrylics done at a different salon, but I came here to have them removed and to get builder gel applied to help restore my nail health. My nail tech today, Ellen, was amazing. She was kind, funny, and super detail oriented. At other salons, I usually feel a bit anxious because my nails are handled pretty roughly. But Ellen was incredibly gentle and made the whole experience really comfortable. The salon is also spotless and so relaxing. It is beautifully designed and feels way more peaceful than most places I have been to. This is definitely my new go-to spot and I will be recommending it to others.

I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and it was truly the best experience I’ve had in over five years. The staff is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and attentive to their clients' needs. Holly, my nail technician, kindly accepted me as a walk-in and demonstrated remarkable professionalism. She was gentle, considerate, and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with her work, allowing me the opportunity to request adjustments if needed. Her technique is exceptional and is noticeably less harmful on my nails than past experiences at other nail salons. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the exceptionally relaxing atmosphere of the salon enhanced the entire experience. It’s evident that this establishment not only provides great nail services but also prioritizes creating a kind and caring environment for its clients. Their kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction stand out. This salon is undoubtedly the best in the area and well worth the price for both great nail care and an outstanding overall experience. I will absolutely be returning as a regular!

I recently visited Babygee’s Nail Bar for the first time and had the pleasure of being attended to by Holly. The experience was exceptional, surpassing any previous encounters I've had at other nail salons. Holly meticulously followed the design I showed her, and the final result exceeded my expectations, looking even more charming than the reference picture. Her gentle approach and attention to my satisfaction were commendable. I am eager to return for future appointments.

The cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. Holly did my nails and she did an amazing job. The only reason why I'm giving this a four star review is because everytime I emailed, called, or texted nobody responded. Best approach for me to reschedule or cancel an appointment was to physically visit the store. Edit: Thank you, Baby Gee for the response and taking the time to email me. I booked an appointment via text message after Carolina, the manager, confirmed there was availability at 10:30 AM. When I arrived at 10:20 AM, the technician was still working on another client and never finished. I ended up waiting for an hour and left at 11:30 AM without receiving any service at all. One of the employees, Ilanys, kindly tried to help, but she couldn’t perform the service and had another appointment coming up. I appreciate her effort, but the whole situation was poorly handled. Carolina, who scheduled the appointment, was not present at the salon and didn’t communicate with her team. There was no follow-up, no update, and no accountability for the delay. Honestly, do not book through text message—She does not manage appointments well, and it leads to confusion and wasted time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Client time should be respected. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves how they manage scheduling and customer service.
