Yamada Studio - Nails & Spa

This is my first time at Yamada. It is also my first time getting gel-X and nail art... with that being said, Kyle did NOT disappoint! He was so attentive to detail applying the nail extensions as well as doing the nail art! I showed him an inspo pic without having discussed it prior and he absolutely nailed (ha ha) it! There was one flower he couldn't get just right and instead of leaving it, he kept fixing it (without me even really noticing!). The establishment is clean and they were super efficient -- I was in and out in an hour. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this nail salon, I was definitely expecting better from the reviews. Not only did my nails turn out lumpy and uneven, but they look like they are already starting to fall apart and I just got them done! They are very uneven at the base and looks like dust and fuzz got under the polish. It seemed like they were trying to get me out the door as fast as possible, even though there weren't any other customers. The rushed service and poor quality of work made it a waste of $70. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I discovered Yamada studio a few weeks ago and decided to try it out because of the cute nail deigns. I got a gel manicure with a 3D bow and loved it! I got so many compliments. On top of that it, it lasted 3 weeks even though I swim 3 times as week. I just went back yesterday and requested a different design - foil flakes and glitter with purple jelly nails. I’m quite happy with them and hope they hold up as well as they did last time. I’m already thinking of what I want to try next. Fun salon and really nice staff! 11/10/23 - Updated with more photos! I was a client at Pronails. Yamada Studio bought the place and this was my 1st time coming here since they took over. They are very friendly and professional. They took really good care of me. Very detailed on my nails the whole time. They presented me a new technique call Gel X. I tried it and loved it!! I like short nails, and they did the exact length I like:) They're prices are reasonable too. I'm very happy and won't be going anywhere else from now on :)

My experience here has been amazing!! I first went about a month ago the day after I had my nails done somewhere else so that they could be fixed. Kyle took great care of my nails!! He was so careful not to catch my cuticles with the dremel and pays very close attention to detail to make sure your nails are exactly as you want them! I just had my second visit with him, and both times I've been now, I've left with EXACTLY what I was looking for, and no sore fingers, bleeding cuticles, etc. I can't recommend enough!!
