Victoria Luxury Nail Bar & Spa

This was my first time walking into this nail salon, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, asked to sign in, and was given the opportunity to choose my color for my Gel X set. The greeting felt pretty standard for any nail salon, but still, I appreciated the welcoming vibe. The salon itself was clean and comfortable, and I immediately felt at ease. It didn’t seem too busy, and I waited for about 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. While waiting, I was offered a drink, which is always a nice touch and definitely helps make the wait feel more enjoyable. Honestly, I wasn’t in a rush—I was a walk-in, and my husband was also getting a pedicure, so I had no complaints. My nail tech, Tuyena, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I did notice a few minor things during the service, but Tuyena was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened to my concerns and made sure everything was perfect, which really made me feel valued as a customer. This was only my second time getting a Gel X set, and she totally nailed it! I have small, petite hands, so my goal was to keep the nails looking natural and clean, which Tuyena accomplished perfectly. I asked for a short almond shape with a natural gel polish, and the shade I chose was DND 2441 Ghost Gatsby. It turned out just as I imagined—simple, elegant, and flawless. I highly recommend Tuyena! I walked out of the salon feeling so happy with both her work and her excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back!

The stylist who did my nails was very very sweet and talkative. I enjoyed my experience. However, when she was using the electric nail file to get my gel nail polish off, she kept touching the skin around my fingernails which wasn't fun, since the nail file can get hot. She also didn't paint the gel all the way down my fingernail, leaving a gap between the nail bed and the paint, making it look as if it had been some time since I had last gotten it painted. Its a small gap but noticeable to me and I really don't love when nail techs do this.

I had an amazing experience getting my acrylic nails and pedicure done by Nancy and Violet. They were both very kind, gentle, and professional. The salon felt relaxing, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nails came out beautiful, and the pedicure was so refreshing. I’m very happy with their work and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend them! 💅✨

(Edit) my nails are already falling and I just got them done yesterday) First off just want to say that the salon is beautiful and the comp drinks are such a nice touch, manager was also super friendly! However I’m sad to say I’m disappointed with my nails, this was my first time getting in some self care since having a baby 7 months ago and I was so looking forward to having my nails done! The service was so rushed through, start to finish took less than an hour for a full set acrylic with design, reference photo is first and the rest are my nails, they aren’t BAD nails but the little starts are almost impossible to see unless looking up close because the lines are so thin, some came out very blotchy as well like the one on my thumb and instead of fixing it the lady just put a bigger gem over it to try and cover it up!:( I also don’t like that you can so clearly see the gap between my natural nail and the acrylic😅 service was 90$ plus I still tipped 10$ and just left without saying anything, don’t do confrontation well and don’t want to come off as rude, but 100$ is not cheep at all especially for such a rushed service!:( super disappointed

Violet did an awesome job. She did a Santa design on my toes that I’m sure will make the grandkids laugh. Great experience and quality work!!
