2025-10-27Update: after their response to my review yes this is the correct nail salon i went to. I never asked for a design ill add a picture of my 90$ nails. It was under my best friends name not mine. Don't let them fool you into thinking differently. Especially when we were told we are "regular clients" but supposingly dont remember me which is crazy, if they cant remember a regular client they obviously dont care for clients in general. Obviously this is a issue that happens all the time if they cant remember a issue that happened with a review that was put out 20 mins after it happened lol. Seriously not worth your time. And definitely not worth the money. The ladies where nice but rushing. Not to mention when we went to pay they charged me 90$ for a dip manicure!!! Ive never spent that much on a dip manicure in my life!! He then decides to say they are two different services and not to mention the lady couldnt do a simple spider and then didnt even file my nails evenly. My best friend thats been a regular wont be returning and neither will I. Save your money and go somewhere better. Its over priced and a crappy rushed job.

As a first time customer, I did receive the 15% off discount as well as a coupon for my next visit. Friendly and clean environment. Highly recommend!

2025-08-28Loved my experience here! The salon is super clean, relaxing, and the staff are so friendly. They really take their time and make sure your nails look perfect. My manicure came out exactly how I wanted, and the pedicure was so relaxing. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely my new go-to nail spot! 💅✨

2025-07-14Amazing work I love Tracy and Flower! They always do an incredible job! Kind staff and fast service. Also very thorough! I have gotten 2 fills and a new full set of gel x at lux nails and evey time I have been there I always walk out happy and loving my nails! I found my nail place! I wont go anywhere else!

2025-07-14I visited Lux Nails to get my engagement nails done, and overall it was a great experience. The salon is clean, well-organized, and everything runs in a very systematic manner. I had made a reservation in advance, but still had to wait a bit since all the nail techs were busy.. though it was understandable given how popular the place is. They offer a nice selection of complimentary beverages, which was a lovely touch. I showed them my inspiration photo, and they nailed it! The end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Definitely recommend for special occasions or just a pampering session.
