Okay ladies! I don’t typically write reviews, but Mel — Master Lash Diva — is the BEST at lashes! She is truly a master. I don’t even ask for the mirror at the end of my appointments because I KNOW my lashes look flawless every time. Mel has been doing my lashes for around two years, and not once have I had a bad experience. She is professional, keeps her work area spotless, never misses an appointment, and always runs on time. Plus, she has a great personality — funny, personable, and just all-around the best lash diva! I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Mel, for the flawless lashes and for making every appointment so enjoyable!

Went here to see if lash extensions are something I would like to do for special occasions. I booked my appointment with someone who was supposed to be “advanced” and provide near perfect lashes however she was definitely not advanced level. She was really nice and bubbly but she put on all different sizes of lashes in my eyes and did not listen to my request to make them “as natural as possible”. I was horrified when I saw them and I think she could tell because she immediately said “if you don’t like them you can get them removed pretty much anywhere”. I got the UV lashes so they are supposed to be good to do normal activities right away but I lost a lot of lashes within two days. This was my first time getting lashes so I didn’t know that wasn’t normal. I thought this just must be how they are. But I’m so glad I tried again with another salon who truly did an amazing job and listened to my request to make them more natural looking. I didn’t loose anywhere near as many lashes at the new salon so I know now that it wasn’t normal for that many to fall out. The new salon also pointed out all of the different sized lashes that lash diva put on. I’m not going to mention the gal who did my lashes name because I think she is still learning and will get better but I don’t think she should be listed as advanced yet. The person doing my lashes knew it was my first time and did not tell me that there are different colored lashes (black and brown) or different curl levels which I would have appreciated knowing. Also people should know the salon has a sign inside that offers $5 off if you write a google review and show it to them. And while they don’t say it has to be a 5 star review we all know people feel pressured to write a 5 star review if they have to show it to them so that’s likely why they have so many positive reviews.

Christine is the absolute best!! Her retention of lashes is longest I have ever had she dose what you ask for and is so nice and understanding when ai fall asleep lol. Her calm energy is amazing and I highly recommend her!

Went for a wax, Natalie was really sweet and informative, and the process was quick and near painless. They have a really cute entryway with complimentary drinks and mini cupcakes, relaxing fireplace and cushy seats. I'm coming here from now on for all my girly wax appts.

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for a few months and I absolutely love coming in. The environment is always so welcoming and I love the pink that’s all over the establishment. Mel and Christine are amazing and I imagine everyone else is as well.
