I had John do my nails(mani pedi)He was gentle on my nails it was the best nail experience I've ever had I had 2 other people on my toes they are all gentle patient and nice I felt so welcome there I will definitely be going there again!!! My nails have a difficult design and John did absolutely amazing!!!!!

Very friendly, accommodating and thorough! Had the last appointment and they saw me even though I was running late. Everyone was chatty, giving advice on color and style choices. Very strong hand massage. Will be back!

I made a recent visit for mani pedi, few times I came in before, was ok until this last visit, my mani tech didn't use tool to clear my cuticles use her own fingers nails instead, I preferred sterilized tool. And I asked for rounded corners because square corners scratch myself easily! Nail tech didn't follow what I wanted, instead she said square corners will break off itself then will be fine. Not really my preference again. Pedi has a process what I got seem inconsistently done, cut toe nails then barely filed and puffed, square corner again, looked very uneven, and no base coat applied before polish. I hope not because boss was out on vacation and tech has health issue so my services done sooo poorly, regardless I'm not a big spenders to do gel or get luxurious services. I care for my nails health to forego being fancy but last visit was disappointing.

My daughter and I went in for manicures without an appointment and they fit us in right away. Everyone was friendly and professional! Will be going back!
