Solei & Co. Day Spa- Sumner

This was my first time at Solei. My sister in law recommended them. The check in process was easy, everyone was very friendly. I saw Courtney for a facial and she is amazing. She is very knowledgable and helped me try to work through what might be causing my acne flare ups. She also gave me some recommendations on products to try for my skin type. Great service and I can't wait to be back for another facial with Courtney!

What a great little spot. I was not expecting the busy retail vibe at the entrance and had to wait quite a while to get checked in but check in was informative and thorough. Private changing room, separate bathroom, lockers with keys to store your things. Sanctuary room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Very cozy. Tea, water and coffee are available (though the sleeves and lids didn't fit provided cups). The sound level throughout the spa was high. I'm not sure if it was people in the sauna or an attached space in the building but I could hear loud talking and laughing throughout most of the common areas of space. My services were both late to start, but I didn't mind because I enjoyed the sanctuary space so much. I had a body treatment with Joy and it was great, the massage portion though was INCREDIBLE. I honestly think it's the best massage I've ever had (I used to be a massage therapist myself). The amount of release she accomplished was incredible. She was attentive and communicative and had GREAT pressure. Cannot recommend Joy enough. My facial was just a quick one and was also very nice! Overall I will be back. It's not the most relaxing spa I've ever been to in that it doesn't really feel like a retreat from the outside world, but it is really great!

I didn't get the normal appointment reminder. So, I stopped in to confirm my appointments, as they cancelled my appointment a week earlier. I made these appointments a month before to make sure I got in before the holidays. I'm told one of my appointments has been given to someone else, I said you need to let this person know you have them booked on a already booked time. I'm told we can't cancel a scheduled appointment, what? This is exactly what you did to me. She even made me pull up my booking on my phone to show I had it. I have had several issues at the Sumner location and if it wasn't for the skilled and friendly technicians I have had, I would not continue with the your services.

So disappointed! I was called a few days before my appt to come in 15min earlier than I had booked, which I did. Then, after helping my MIL with instructions for dressing down which were not clear as she's elderly, they cut 15 min off my massage time with out warning me ahead of time. When I mentioned the confusion, the desk gal was less than sympathetic,saying that I should have been earlier. If themat was the case they should have told me to show up 30min earlier . I don't have any interest in coming back! Massage itself was fine, not stellar but adequate. Leaving pissed off instead of relaxed.

Awesome spa BUT my online account was HACKED. Been a patron here for a couple years. Recently, someone hacked my online account and made an appointment, went to the appointment, and used my saved credit card on file to pay for the appointment. Very upsetting! Don’t save your credit card online on their website!!
