I love this place and I only go here. Moved to Redmond in 2021 and it took me a couple of years to find the best nail salon in town. They take design inspiration photos and always do a great job. My nails grow really differently; some grow crooked, some bent, some straight—Loan took the time to adjust for this and you’d never know. She was so patient with me. I got gel on my natural nails and this is the result for $75! I love them. I added the reference photo I brought in as well.

I booked a pedicure and gel manicure and Kim was very fast and skilful. I was done within an hour and I showed her my reference picture and she executed exactly what I wanted. She was very confident too, I have had experience with other nail salons where the nail artist refused to do the same design stated it was too difficult. But Kim did it without any hesitation. Would really recommend trying this place out. PSA: they prefer being tipped in cash, I wasn’t aware of it so ended up tipping them electronically.

Kim provided 10/10 customer service and so good at nails! I highly recommend, she constantly checked in to see if I like my nails and helped me make decisions on gel x vs dip and the color. Her lines are SO CLEAN and her attention to details is incredible. She even gave me a goodie and a first time customer discount 🥹💕 attaching my nails and the reference picture

I had an amazing experience at the nail salon with Loan! She was patient, attentive, and truly understood my vision after multiple attempts. Despite my pickiness, she stayed calm and delivered a fantastic design that I absolutely love. Highly recommend!

This is my second review and I did like it more! The application and shaping was immaculate today and while I just brought my own oil for after the massage and everything was great and I did find a great translucent pink!
