Terrible communication. Spent 5 minutes speaking with multiple people just trying to explain I am interested in a cut and color but need help deciding the specifics. I just wanted to schedule a consult with a stylist, but they kept saying they needed to know how long the styling would take and I could call back when I knew exactly what I wanted done. They clearly didn't understand me enough to communicate, but outisde of that, if you're going to charge these prices, why can't someone walk me through the options for a separate app/fee? They were so curt and rude about the whole process. Then they doubled down on their misunderstanding in their rude reply below.. wow.

Couldn't be better at ST Hair Salon & Spa. I've been coming here for years now. You can see these are pictures that I have over the years I've visited St. I changed my hair color and style whatever I wanted and they were very happy to do that for me. Everyone here is super nice and fun all the time. Lynn makes my hair look better every time I visit. She will give you professional advice not to damage your hair when you want to do something. I just got a layered haircut, and I’m honestly so impressed! I didn’t expect it to turn out this nice, but wow—it’s absolutely top-notch. Karen did an amazing job with such attention to detail, and the final look made me feel so beautiful. Thank you, Karen, for bringing out the best in my hair! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

i love coming here for haircuts! they have pretty straightforward cuts. they don’t make too many customizations but they do work with you in discussing what you want and provide their professional opinions. my hair was cut by Lynn. i’m obsessed with my bangs and glad i listened to her when she suggested i go a little longer. my layers also look amazing! thanks Lynn! :)

The stylists are good and they do listen to what you want and give a great haircut. I have been going to this place for the past two years and I never had a bad haircut so far. The stylists are very skilled and I highly recommend this place!! They have made it flexible to walk in or do an online appointment. Their online appointment fixing is very easy to use and I tried it couple of times and it works great!!
