I have uploaded my hand and feet photos because they turned out absolutely beautiful. Also sharing Lien and Chiz pictures these two beautiful ladies deserve all the credit for their work!!! I had my nails done by Lien and Chi and I cannot express how truly kind, gentle, respectful, and attentive they both were. They listened so carefully to my preferences, checked in with me throughout the service, and made sure every detail was perfect. Their work is neat, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. The entire team at Nancy Nails & Spa has such a warm, genuine energy. The atmosphere feels welcoming, calm, and honest—no rush, no pressure, just happy service providers who clearly care about their clients. I 100% recommend Nancy Nails to anyone in Redmond, Kirkland, or Bellevue looking for a clean salon, talented technicians, and a team who makes you feel genuinely cared for. Best nail experience I’ve had—hands down. We booked a last-minute appointment for three pedicures, and they were able to fit us in with no problem. I also added a manicure, and everything was handled so smoothly. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome right away. The salon was spotless, the atmosphere was calm, and the whole experience felt relaxed and professional. My nails look amazing, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. Highly recommend!

first visit here, parking was easy. shop was clean and well maintained. Every person working in the shop said hello to me and asked me how I was, offered water, tea etc. they were all very inviting. service was great, I love my toes shape and color . the total for gel manicure $65 (painting nails with gel, massage, lotion, warm towel and callus removal) + $5 for the removal of my old gel(done at another salon) a total of $70 (not including tip) . I felt the price was fair for the work and customer service. I will definitely be returning. thanks ladies again.

I came here through a recommendation from a friend for their skills in nail art! Nancy was so kind and friendly for my first visit there and they did a great job with my pedicure and manicure. Very detailed, and it seems like it will last very well without getting damaged.

I have been getting dip manicures here for almost 2 years now! I am always so happy with how my nails look and both Lin and Nancy are so nice! They greet everyone by name when they walk in and Nancy sends appointment reminder messages the night before your appointment to confirm the time. Love coming here and highly recommend! Also, it’s always very calm and quiet so a good place to go if you don’t like crowds.
