Disclaimer: I don’t usually leave reviews, and I’m not the confrontational type when it comes to service providers. I’ve also been a regular here for the past 5–6 months and initially received great service — the staff has always been friendly. However, after my last two visits, I feel compelled to speak up due to how disappointing the experience was. First visit: I received a fill with acrylic overlay and gel polish on my natural fingernails, and a pedicure with acrylic overlay on my natural toenails. I specifically requested sharp, square, thin nails. The nail tech who did the polish (not the same one who did the fill and shaping) didn’t meet the mark. When I politely expressed that I wasn’t happy with the polish, shape, or thickness, he became visibly agitated and unwilling to fix anything.Another tech had to step in to help with the shaping, but the shape still came out wrong. After leaving I noticed visible and physical dents in my polish ; likely due to their curing lamp constantly going out — and paid over $140. Second visit: I returned and voiced all of my concerns. The tech acknowledged the previous set was too thick and asked me which tech had done them at my last visit, but still did the same thing again with the filing of my nails. The thickness looks like I asked for a fullset with tips and acrylic and that’s not what I asked for at all. Futhermore, the same tech from my last visit that caused the issues with my nails was assigned to do my toes. I asked in confusion as to why would he be doing my toes and I was told “it’s just polishing , he won’t mess that up”. That tech was rough, rushed, and burned me with the drill twice. I asked for changes and for things to be fixed throughout the service, but was ignored. The acrylic placed on my toes was very thick, my pinky toe enhancement( I wanted this done due to the breakage of my natural toenail) was sticking up in the air, I asked for them to be cut down more and after repeatedly being ignored, I asked him to stop the service completely and not apply any polish. Despite this, I was still charged $87 for: • Nails not done how I asked • A drill that burned my skin • A crooked toe enhancement • No polish on my toes None of my concerns were taken seriously, and I left completely unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

I have been going here since about 2018 from an old friend. He’s definitely my go to for my nails! Service is Fast and my nails are always nice !! Just did these ones today but I have plenty I could Post!!

Had the best experience here! Very kind, attentive staff that did a fabulous job on my hands and feet. Phenomenal service without a scratch! I will be returning here. Also, a shoutout to Tony who did my beautiful nails, you’re awesome!

First time!! Very welcoming as soon as I entered. Got eye brows by Ms Lynn and nails by Tay! AMAZING!! Attention to detail, I wasn’t rushed, and they made sure everything was how I wanted!! They have a new client in me!!! Awesome!!!
