I’ve been to this salon three times since they opened. My first visit was amazing—May-Lin did my nails and they looked great. 2nd time was okay. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. I came in for a fill and had the worst experience. The man who did my nails was extremely rough and the final result looked completely botched. I asked for a shape change from almond to coffin, and instead he filed my nails down without giving me the coffin shape at all. He also left my previous color (red) showing on the sides of several nails, and the lengths are noticeably uneven. The photos were taken the next day, and as you can see, the quality is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Today, I did the head spa experience (the lowest tier which was 100$) it was worth every penny! I had a great experience with yo-yo. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and I literally fell asleep. I will definitely be back and requesting her again. She made the experience great for me

I have waited so long for the place to open and it was so worth the wait. Julie was amazing and made my pedicure feel wonderful and very relaxed. My advice is make an appointment, enjoy and relax!! Wonderful new addition to Westchester Commons, can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been to this salon 3 times now; the first time was a 4 star, the second a 2.5, and this last one was the worst nail salon experience i’ve ever had. 0 stars if i could and ill never return or recommend. a common theme i’ve experienced at this salon is that the techs are ROUGH. they try to move quickly, so they speed through removal and burn and ruin your natural nails in the process. overheating my natural nail can be forgiven once or twice, but i should not have to say ouch and jump every time. on my last two visits, i asked for coffin or square shape. i had two different techs for these visits, and neither tech could achieve a shape that wasnt rounded. crooked and uneven in every way. as a result, my nails have come out much shorter than i asked for because they had to keep filing to remedy their mistakes. today, my tech was rough, as they all have been. my nail overheated numerous times and then she nicked me TWICE, causing some blood and scabbing. i’ve never been nicked from my cuticle, especially not to the point of bleeding. she then kept being rough on that spot, which caused more bleeding and soreness. while the bleeding wasn’t significant, it was present and uncomfortable. furthermore, i was very disturbed by the tech’s cleanliness. she was not wearing gloves, before or after i bled, nor did she wash her hands. she used the dusting brush over the area that bled, which i know is reused on clients. i watched her spray tools with alcohol at the end, but im not confident that she disinfected appropriately. i am praying that i do not get an infection. it seems like they hire techs with little to no experience. i had to remind my tech that she forgot to drill a finger or two, or didn’t refile a finger or two. how are these mistakes happening with such regularity?! i could’ve gone to a nail school and gotten better work done. while the result of my nails has been presentable each time, the last two trips were not what i wanted and it is not worth the roughhousing, lack of care, frustration, and questionable cleanliness habits. i will not be returning. if this place doesn’t turn their management and training around, they will certainly not sustain. be careful if you choose to spend money here.

This is my new go to spot! The place was beautifully decorated, the staff were super nice and akin did an AMAZING job on my nails. I even got a mini neck, shoulder and hand massage when she was done with my nails!!! I will 100% be back! I can’t wait to try the head spa treatments as well!!!
