2025-11-08I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as I hoped. The service felt rushed, and the color and design I received weren’t what I was told. The technician suggested a different design that ended up costing more. Although she did offer to fix them, I honestly didn’t see how it could be corrected at that point. I decided not to finish my pedicure and left feeling disappointed. I hope the salon takes this as helpful feedback to ensure clients feel heard and fully satisfied with their results.
