The Glossary Nail Spa North Point

The french manicure I received was very disappointing. The lines are neither clean nor even. Mail shows through on white parts. The nail polish is uneven and the “manicured” nail feels rough to touch. I pointed out to technician and she dismissively answered that’s how regular nail polish.

I came on last Friday for a mani pedi. During the pedicure the technician repeatedly hurt my big toe’s side by pulling out the cuticle again and again. It’s 3 days later and my toe is inflamed and still hurting. Getting a bacterial infection in your toe from putting it through that and in and out of water could cause severe and even life threatening medical infections In addition, my requested clear nail polish was literally one layer, and MOST of the fingers already had it fall off within 24 hours. The service cost nearly $70 😕 I got a 2 dollar discount to remove this 1 review so I’m changing this to 2 stars. Not sure why the manager wouldn’t just apologize or give a meaningful discount to a technician doing a bad job and giving an injury after seeing evidence and tracking the transaction. Not good customer service at all

Technicians were extremely rude to me when I went back to get a repaint of a toe that got horribly smudged. As my regular tech was not there, no one wanted to help me find the color and rolled their eyes when I wanted to find a better match. The tech even sat there and didn’t want to finish the work. I was polite throughout. I have been going here for some time and have been so I am really disappointed that they would treat me this way. It was the holiday staff so regular manager wasn’t there. But looking at other reviews shows a pattern of hostility towards clients who question quality or price. Clearly the customer is not always right at this salon.

The attention to detail, and professionalism you showed throughout was fantastic! My feet feel refreshed and look amazing. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was my first time and experience there. The facility was spotless and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming which created the perfect environment to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Bella!

First time going here and I was really impressed. The pedicure was great and I was really happy to see how hygienic they are. I am paranoid about going to a nail salon that doesn't clean their equipment so I was glad to see that they autoclave their equipment and ensure the pedicure bowls are cleaned between customers.
