Luxury Nail Spa II - Timberlake

Once again Liam did an amazing job with these blue crome nails. I absolutely am never disappointed with his work and today was no exception. I forgot her name but the lady who did my eyebrows did amazing and is so sweet. If the wax is too hot she is willing to wait for it to cool a little but I’ve never been burnt or had a reaction from the wax. This is the only place I come because I know every time the craftsmanship is perfect.

Honest review: I have been coming to Luxury nails in Lynchburg for a while now (3 years). Yesterday I went to the forest location and got new set of acrylic nails with French tips and chrome on top. I did my best to explain what exactly I wanted however after going back and forth I did not like the results. I went home and slept on it thinking maybe I will like it tomorrow. Today I woke up and still did not like them. They were extremely thick!! And the French tips were covering almost half of my nail bed. It looked so thick and unnatural and fat. So I decided to go back but this time to the Timberlake location and man… they were SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING!!! They were incredibly accommodating. First of all, Kai (the guy at the register) took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for. He was so kind, understanding and so helpful. He immediately directed me to Annie who completely transformed my nails to exactly what I wanted! She took her time and asked me if I liked them throughout her work! Multiple times Kai came to our station to check in on me and make sure everything is to my likings! I did not get any refunds and I did pay another $10 on top of my initial cost from yesterday ($75) but honestly I did not mind that. Overall I’m writing this review to let you know that these people truly do care your concerns and your requests! In times like this (crisis or unhappy customer) you see true intentions of a business and I can truly say they handled it so kindly professionally and fairly! You guys are awesome! I will be continuing to visiting you! Thank you Luxury Nails-Timberlake!!!

Ivy did such a wonderful job! They didn’t have the color I picked, but she did an excellent job combining colors to make the perfect cat-eye shade for me! Perfectly thin and shaped beautifully. Definitely go here and visit Ivy if you can!!

I came for the first time to get my nails done before the beach, came in with a complicated design and was quite anxious to see how the quality would be. Liam did amazing work and they’re absolutely beautiful!

Highly recommend! I have been coming to Luxury Nails for several years (Forest Rd and the new one now on Timberlake) and am always pleased. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and always make sure that I am happy with their work. Their equipment and salon is always super clean! I generally make an appointment as they are very busy on the weekends when I visit. My gel nails and pedicures are always immaculate. If you want a beautiful set of nails… Come here!
