Alyssa is absolutely one of the best hairdressers/hairstylists ever. She knows what I want, and when I tell her the color I want, she delivers. Her work is absolutely stunning! She's also very kind, understands your budget, and knows what you want. My hair was box dyed black, and she was able to pull me to this beautiful copper/auburn color. Beyond just color, Alyssa's cuts and styling are amazing; she always tailors everything to fit my hair type perfectly. She takes the time to consult with you before starting, explains every step, and makes sure you're comfortable. Her attention to detail and commitment to hair health are remarkable.. I've been an Innovations customer for well over a decade. Kalyn exceeds my expectations every single time I schedule a hair cut, color, or consultation. When I'm there, I also get to see how well the other stylists serve their customers. From formal updos to facial hair removal to men's haircuts to extensions (and so much more), they do it all with professionalism and friendliness. The salon environment is clean and comfortable, and also located in a plaza with a Food Lion - convenient for grabbing a bottle of water/beverage of your choice or a quick snack before your appointment.
