This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They take their time and really care about the details. The place is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! 🙂

This place has gone downhill. They used to do good work, but the quality has definitely declined my last few visits. It seems like different staff working each time. They squirt the gel and lotion haphazardly, missing places and getting it on your clothes. The polish has had bubbles and smudges, or they don't paint the entire nail. On my most recent (and definitely last) visit, the lady doing my pedicure seemed super unsure. She'd pick up one tool and look at my nails, then pick up a different tool and barely touch my nail with it. Maybe she was really new? I would have gone elsewhere already but I was trying to use up a gift card. To that end, they have major trouble using the gift cards they sell. Each time I tried to use it the person checking me out would need to call someone to come and help them figure it out, then handwrite on the receipt how much was left on the gift card since they can't tell from the gift card itself. When I tried to pay this last time, with enough for a pedicure still on the card and presenting their handwritten balance on the last receipt, the lady said she couldn't see any money on the card. She just stared at the receipt for a long time saying "I don't know, I don't know." I had to pay out of pocket for poor quality work when I had a gift card to cover it. I'll add one star given there was no wait, though it's not hard to see why. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Update: Right away after contacting Ken about my nails, he got me in that day! Now I have one of the best manicures I have ever had. He is very talented and detail oriented. We had a lovely conversation and he made sure I liked my nails at every step. I so appreciate how he wanted to make this right so even after the tough first manicure with another person, I am so grateful for Ken’s great work and willingness to make this right! I have been coming here off and on for a long time. Came in last week for a dip manicure with nothing on my nails and an hour and 15 minutes to do them. I asked for round nails and walked out with these square ones. There were blemishes in the dip when I was getting them done that I had to point out and ask to have fixed before curing them. They chipped after a week (typically I wear dip for four weeks without issue and have to get them redone due to growth) which is extremely disappointing given what I paid for dip. If it’s going to chip, you might as well just use regular polish at home. From the day I walked out of the salon, the edges of the nails were raw with no top coat leaving them rough and unpolished. See photos of raw dip that has gotten stained, is misshapen, and chipped. Had I not been leaving town, I would have asked for a new set. Disappointing for sure from a place that is so conviennent.

I visited them today, and Ken is truly a miracle worker! He recreated my nails exactly as shown in the picture I brought. His attention to detail is impressive. I'm completely obsessed with my new nails! If you ever go in, make sure to ask for Ken. Thank you so much once again!

I really recommend! The beauty salon is beautiful and clean. My nail technician was Daisy and she did awesome. She really took her time and was detailed. She worked with me in making decisions on colors and designs and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. She did an outstanding job and will come to her moving forward anytime I'm in VA.
