I have been having issues with salons since I moved back to the area. But Emmy convinced me to try sns dip polish for the first time and I could not be happier!! She did an amazing job and my design was very specific. She even redid two nails when i didn’t like how it turned out. So kind. I have finally found my artist and salon! Dental

Got my nails done this past Friday (three days ago). And they chipped the very same day (the first chip on my thumb occurred within the same hour but i was rushing to catch a flight so no time to get it fixed. Over the next few days it’s chipped much more). tried to give this place a chance because it’s so close to my house but more often than not I’m disappointed with the quality. Gel polish shouldn’t chip this soon and the polish job was very thick and uneven. The shape is really off as well. I think after 5 bad experiences I’m done with this shop for good. Shame too, it’s so peaceful inside i really wish i had better results.

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for about five years, and usually have a wonderful experience—the quality truly depends on which nail tech you get. Every tech I’ve seen before has been excellent, and the service has consistently been top-notch. That’s why I was so disappointed with my most recent visit about a month ago. I had a spa manicure and pedicure with Sarah, and unfortunately, it fell far short of the standard I’ve come to expect here. During the 10-minute foot massage, she mostly used the brush very lightly across the top of my foot rather than giving an actual massage, which felt rushed and impersonal. When it came time to shape my nails, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted—something every other tech I’ve had has always done. I mentioned I just wanted to keep my existing shape (square with rounded edges) and shorten them slightly, but she immediately began filing them into a pointed shape with a flat top before I had a chance to stop her. The gel polish also didn’t hold up the way it normally does. Typically, it lasts me 5–6 weeks without issue, but this time it started chipping within a week and was in such bad shape by the second week that I had to remove it entirely. This experience really turned me off, especially considering the cost. I truly hate to leave a negative review, especially for a salon that I’ve supported for years and where I’ve had so many great visits. But I would strongly recommend requesting a nail tech who is mentioned positively in the reviews and not taking a chance with someone random, as I did.

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2023 for pedicures. So far, I have had a pleasant experience until today. I decided to get a refill on my nails because it's going to be a while before I see my actual nail tech. The lady I had today was rough. First, I wanted regular polish because the gel polish I got last time chipped way too soon. I was talked out of it and got gel in a different color. The tech assumed it was about the price and I didn't care about prices. After, that she was rough. I'm not the type to complain because she might have had a rough day, but the way I was treated today was very concerning. I have been coming here long enough to know their practices and this was out of line. To leave all the dry stuff around your cuticles and put lotion on top of it is not normal for this salon. I really like coming here even though I no longer live in the area. The nail tech was too rough and my experience overall was not great.

I had an appointment for 6:30 pm and they switched me 3 time with different a technicians. I was okkk just get it done. Later I asked for a shape of nails and it was different shape from the picture that I I show the owner/ manager of the place and with a rude actitud and bad customer service, she said what do you want me to do? Take it off!! No time for me to fix your nails. Never again!! She cut my nail wrong, with a horrible shape because they were in rush , they don’t take the patient and time to work on your nails.
