The Spa Lounge

It was my first time visiting the spa lounge in Holladay and I can say hands down was the best massage I have ever had! The girl at the front desk was so friendly. Directed me to the locker room. Locker room was so clean and there was already a locker with my name on it to put my belongings in once I dressed into the robe and slippers that were set aside for me. The waiting area was so cute and set up with comfy lounging chairs, water, as well as to make some tea while waiting for my therapist to come out to meet me. My massage therapist was Sophie and my gosh was she amazing. Checking in to see how I was doing during my massage and the attention to my problem areas were so good. I felt completely covered with her draping skills as she worked around my body. The first time I think ever getting a massage that I actually felt completely relaxed coming out that I felt like I was in a daze. Sophie knows what she is doing and I will for sure be coming back to her for massages.

I brought my 6 year old daughter in for a pedicure a few weeks ago. Caitlin Bench did an outstanding job and made her feel completely comfortable with it only being my daughter’s second time getting a pedicure. She was extremely professional, patient and thorough. She constantly made it a point to put her clients needs first. She is so kind and made my daughter feel right at home. My daughter was so satisfied with the experience she plans to go again. Caitlin is very kind, caring and professional no matter what treatment you are looking for and it rests everyone with the same respect no matter the age. I would recommend anyone to Caitlin and plan and going back. Thank you Caitlin!

I’ve been coming to The Spa Lounge for a few years now, and every service I’ve had—facials, body wraps, body scrubs, massages, and pedicures—has been amazing. The membership benefit is absolutely worth it if you want to treat yourself monthly. Otherwise, the pricing for individual services is very fair. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and have had about six maternity massages with Tamarah over the past few months. She is amazing! Whenever I started experiencing growing pains, I scheduled an appointment, and she always made me feel so much better. They use bolsters so you can comfortably lie on your belly without putting any pressure on the baby. I’ve had a relatively painless pregnancy, and I attribute much of that to Tamarah’s work on my lower back, hips, and legs. I even have 3 more massages scheduled up until my due date :) The ONLY downside is that you can sometimes hear people talking in the hallway or the next room. That doesn't bother me personally, but be aware that it's a possibility if it does bother you. I highly recommend The Spa Lounge and Tamarah!

Scheduled a couples massage and was able to be seen the same day. We had a lovely experience. My specialist listened to me and worked through my problem areas. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me. I felt amazing afterward and still feel great the day after. The facility pricing was pretty affordable compared to other locations. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend

The spa lounge is fantastic, more importantly Sophie Rees is fantastic, I have been a member at the spa lounge since 2023 and she has been by far the best masseuse I have had. She is very professional how she goes about the entire massage. She is kind and super friendly to talk. Most importantly she helps me feel better. I have struggled with severe lower back pain and she has been able to give me hope for a better life. Would recommend her to others! Just don’t book her out so that I can’t book with her lol
