Such a beautiful day spa. It’s a hidden little gem in Holladay. Arrive early and take advantage of their quiet, serene, and peaceful relaxation room where they have lemon water, coffee and treats. It sets the tone for a lovely spa experience. I got a spa pedicure and my sister got a spa manicure. My pedicurist was fantastic! Very thorough, thoughtful and clean work. I will definitely return and recommend them to others. This isn’t a walk ins welcome, hurry up kind of place. This is where you come to get away and have a moment for yourself.

They booked me with a sick massage Therapist for 90 minutes, worst money ever spent. Booking somebody with a sick massage therapist is an absolute contraindication in the Massage therapy world. I am a massage, therapist myself, and came here for relaxation and deep tissue work, and did not get that. The owner always replys back in their google review comments to email them, but they do not respond. This spa did not make me feel comfortable, especially with a 90 minute long massage appointment. My therapist stated she was very weak and could not do much pressure, which was very disappointing as I would’ve booked with someone else if I would’ve known this prior and it was disclosed to me. Also, I do not appreciate Being scheduled with a massage therapist who is and has been sick and announced that during an appointment because if I get sick now, it will affect my own job as a massage therapist. I was still extremely nice to the therapist and tipped her and everything, but I do not appreciate my experience and as a manager and Spa system, and with the flu season coming, it would be well appreciated that you are not scheduling massage therapist who are recovering from illness. As this puts everybody else in a bad situation, especially those were self-employed like myself if we were to get sick due to someone doing body work on us.

What an absolute gem!!! I am a coniseuer of great spas, and used to be an esthetician myself. The quality of this spa is outstanding, and the products they use are top notch. I am now switching nail ladies and will do every massage and facial here. I have no reason to go elsewhere. I have found my spa home. Ps, they do acrylic nails too!

HIDDEN GEM!!! This is one of the best salons I’ve ever been to! They had a lovey atmosphere, their relaxation room (where you wait) is so perfect with all sorts of complimentary goodies, and the aestheticians who took care of us were so wonderful. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to take care of us and to provide the services we requested. Can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at Richelle's Salon & Day Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Molly, my service provider, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire service. The attention to detail and professionalism she showed were truly top-notch. My face and skin have never felt better! The spa is beautifully maintained, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for my next visit. Highly recommend Molly and Richelle’s Salon & Day Spa!
