2023-03-10I have never had a bad experience with any staff member. They are always welcoming and give quality work no matter what time it is. Tri is always on point. He is patient, professional and gentle with Nails. Both Kims are great at nails too and brow wax. :) 1000% recommend.

2025-07-15Stopped by this nail salon around 6:30 PM and the vibe was off from the moment I walked in. They said the last client was at 7:15 so I figured I had time. I’m in town for business and staying at the hotel nearby, so I thought I’d try to update my fill and color. Never mind. I asked for a light pink cat eye and the tech immediately said no without even checking. She pointed at the color wall and walked away. While I was looking through colors, the usual side conversation in another language started and that just made things more uncomfortable. She never asked if I was ready or needed anything. I told her I had picked my color and showed her a photo of chrome nails. She gave me attitude and said no I don’t do that and we don’t have it. The energy was already weird so I just walked out. I won’t be going back. Customer service matters.

2023-04-01It was a last-minute thing I was grateful they don't close till 8. Thank you for the last-minute pedicure they stayed open past their hours to attend to the last customers. I loved my nails and that comes from someone who has been going to the same nail tech for years but I was pleased with my nails and will be returning ☺️
