Very nice place & Very friendly staff. Went in for fillins with gel polish and a pedicure. Katy did my nails as soon as I sat down in her chair and I thought it was really rude that she made a call and was on her phone the entire time, I felt she didn't want to be bothered by me. She was doing my nails and she stopped doing my nails to text, so she can take care of her business which was really still rude. My pedicure was great. I think his name might have been Tommy. But not totally sure. Came home to chipped nails and they are too thin. They are all chipping I paid 47.00 and she lucky she got a tip. Went back and I had to wait because their rules are whoever did your nails has to fix it. I waited maybe 3 minutes which felt like an eternity because she had a customer at her chair that she was actually talking to. I didn't want to wait to be any longer as it was. I am so disgusted and so frustrated and aggravated already just having to sit there while she's having a conversation on her cell phone while she doing my nails that I'm paying for. I will never go back. I gave it a shot. I have a salon that I like a lot out here and was only there once in Texas and I'll continue going to them. I wanted to stay a little closer to home but that's okay. So since I have them a negative review fixing my nails it's not an option. So it's my fault that their nail tech was rude. Remember karma ! I was very professional this morning when they called me back. I would have retracted this if there weren't so unprofessional and telling me there's was no way they could have helped me die to the honest review I did. Maybe this place is good for some people but I was in this business for 10 yrs and never treated anyone this disrespectful. And this is why you got a bad review. And I'm not sorry I put this up here you can't even hear out a customer that was explaining nicely to you. So people need to vent just like in doing here. And I got no apology from the owner that's shows me that they couldn't less it's still about the money. !!!!

This was my third visit at Bliss nails and I absolutely loved Aly’s work! She is so sweet, talented, precise and made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. We will definitely be back to see her for our future nail needs! Thank you so much, Aly.

I came in and spent $220 plus Tip on services. Chrome Gel-X with Chrome Gel Pedicure, then kids gel manicure for my daughter. The technician that serviced my daughter DID NOT clean under my daughter's nails even after I pointed it out then DILIBERATELY ASKED. She just ignored me. Young girl first chair on the left. Pissed me off actually. She was the one who did my Pedicure and did a very mid job of cleaning my Cuticle. Both me AND my daughters nails were chipping by day 2 because they did not cure them long enough. My Chrome looked grainy and more spooky than elegant. The host was fantastic, super friendly & on her job! I really liked her! But unfortunately the services isn't to my standard. I will be going to another salon instead. They do good, just not to my high standards. Personal preference. For $200+ it OUTTA BE!! Update: My right middle finger nail just came off after just 2 weeks!!!! .....I went to another nail salon and paid an additional $100 for gel polish change and fix & got the results I desired. Goes to proves it's a skill set problem. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! UPDATE: Bliss Fails to take Accountability & blames a child for being a child? Sounds like low vibrational service practices.

This is my go to place , today Tommy did such a great job, he was very gentle with both my nails & toes. He would ask me if I liked it and if I wanted him to fix something which I loved because I can be a bit of a perfectionist and he also didn’t take it the wrong way or get mad , but over all he took his time and I loved how everything came out.

I cannot recommend this salon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. Angie’s attention to detail is impeccable. She never misses when it comes to designs or nail shape. Whenever I show her an inspo picture, the results are always better than the inspiration itself. The salon is clean, inviting, and the entire experience is relaxing. I recommend Bliss and Angie every time someone compliments my nails, which is often!
