CiCi Nail Bar

This place smells like smoke. My daughter and I walked in and as we were told to pick colors, a lady comes up asking me to go sit. She grabs 2 nail color books and one of those rings. She doesn’t have to fill my nails, I’m getting them reshaped and repainted. She cuts most of my hands, pops my thumb twice. I tell her I’m looking for a chocolate brown. She argues and pushes for the mauve. When I say “these aren’t really what I’m looking for…” I turn to go back up and see if she’s got anything up at the table. She tells me she doesn’t have anything and I need to choose. I said don’t touch my nails and paid for the mediocre half service I received. That he still charged me for with my bleeding fingers present. Then asked if I wanted to leave a tip?! Like other reviewers say…STAY AWAY FROM LUCY!! She also likes to tell you “this not pretty” or basically what you ask for is garbage and if she doesn’t like it, it shows!! This place is garbage.

I’ve been going here since they first opened. Yesterday was the worst experience ever and I left in tears. All I wanted was white on my mani/pedi for vacation. My toes came out a white-out white which is what I asked for. I wanted regular polish on my fingers but Henry talked me into dip. They came out a pearly pale almost pink color. I said it doesn’t match, at all. Instant attitude. He took the top layer off the toes and proceeded to add another “white” color that still didn’t match. I told him. He then got angry and used the dremel to sand down all the polish, nothing in them, just sanded down to the nail. He then went to add th same white which again didn’t match. After I spoke up he got angry and tossed his stuff on the floor, yelling idk what you want and walked off. The gentlemen at the desk apologized for his behavior and finished my toes. Which I might add still don’t match they are a pearly pink. At this point I’m over it, crying, and want out of there. $105 later and now I have to go get them redone. They don’t even look good! My nails have the powder stuff on the skin and sides and look terrible. I won’t be back and my husband is handling this today. No one should be treated that way when paying for a service!

Always a great experience with my technician Sarah- she is so careful and neat with shaping my nails. CiCi’s is clean and has a relaxing environment. Many of the instruments are one time use and the others are opened from a sealed pack in front of me. I get dip powder on my nails and gel on my toes with a spa pedicure. my polish lasts through my next visit. Comfortable furniture and Wi-Fi. Complimentary hot and cold drinks too. Recommending Sara 🤎🎉 Update. *new photos* Sarah got me to be more adventurous & I am so pleased. She is meticulous and so careful. Highly recommend.

Chop shop at its finest. They did this set in under 10 minutes and it shows. I asked for square nails, not clubbed fingers. I kept asking for a more square shape and this is what I got. Uneven lengths/shapes and dip on my skin. 0/10 recommend. Please save your money.

Wonderful experience. My nails exceeded my expectations and turned out better than I ever could have imagined. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful they are. The tools were all sterilized and the facility was immaculate
