T & L Nails Spa

I just had my first experience with T&L Nails. Wow, it was amazing. Sami was my tech for the Deluxe Pedicure and she was great! My feet were pretty bad because I’m a barefoot kind of gal, but she got them looking awesome. The scrub was fantastic. Everyone I came into contact with was really nice. I was offered something to drink several times, from water all the way up to a mimosa. I highly recommend this spa, and I’ll be back again, and again, and again.

Vicky is the best. The place is top notch clean and friendly every time I visit. I have been asked by many women young to older who does my nails. Trust me you will be happy.

To begin right of the start, if you don’t mind rude, obnoxious behavior from people who you pay and tip for service than you have nothing to fear going to this salon. I’m a returning customer and has been going to the salon for about a year, but this was my last visit. The technicians are very rude, tend to overcharge in a sneaky manner, so you really have to watch your bill. I thought I gave them a good amount of time for the benefit of the doubt, but last time was the last drop. The reason I was coming for so long and putting up with verbal and emotional abuse is the convenience of the proximity to my house. The staff is NEVER friendly. Every time someone comes in the door there is that angry look and open annoyance in the facial expression, constantly talking during services among each other in native language, gosh forbid if you ask them to do things your way! There will be arguing with you and then between each other in their language. Last visit I asked my nails to be shaped AS ALWAYS oval shape from the very beginning. The male tech nodded “yes” and immediately proceeds to file with the electric rotator file as SQUARE. I was quiet thinking he is only cutting them down, but then he ended up to shape them in a very round shape. I asked him if he could make it more oval to what he replied with irritation in his voice that what I want is called “almond” shape. As I mentioned before, I was going there for almost a year and I always had them done oval and I know that “almond” is coming to a sharp pointy tip which I didn’t want. He argued with me and proceeded to file my nails in “almond” shape very uneven and the tips were still not really “almond” but somewhat odd shaped, after what I took the file and shaped my nails the way I like: OVAL. The female nail tech that was in charge of the salon proceeded charging me extra for “almond” shape that I didn’t want in a first place, and she knew it because she was sitting next table to me and intervened in the conversation between me and the male tech. She still put the extra charge. As I said they are rude and sneaky with charging extra for no reason at all. The time before that she charged me extra I came for a manicure an acrylic solar fill service but she charged me as a new full set. Hope this review will help your decision, or prepare you for what to expect.

My mom and I have been coming to T & L Nails for a few months and we absolutely love it every time! Everyone is very sweet and they do an amazing job! We love coming here! 💅

This is an upscale full service nail boutique with a spa environment! If you prefer a mature and professional atmosphere this is the place to visit. I travel over 120 miles round trip just to feel appreciated and receive a therapeutic adult "my day" experience. The soothing white noise music, sophisticated decor and cleanliness alone are a welcoming start to a quick and efficient experience. This is customer service at it's best. All employed are nail experts and they encourage their clients to relax and feel satisfied with the wonderful job they perform of contouring nails into works of art. Don is a nail master with years of wisdom and skill. Your nails magically become "jewelry". Life counseling and trivia knowledge is thrown in for free! Yumi is soft spoken and patient with gentle attention to detail that helps her customers feel at ease. You have to visit for yourself! Prepare to be impressed.
