Very welcoming and the staff are very nice! Went in for a walk in and was taken very fast, my sister and I had our nails done and we love them! I had mine done by Khang and he is really good, you guys should definitely ask for him when you go!! My sister had hers done by a lady but I forgot ask her name, hers came out beautifully!!!

Horrible experience and very disappointing service. When we first arrived, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. It took three people just to figure out what services were needed and who would help each of us. My 7-year-old son and my husband both had manicures without polish. When my husband’s manicure was finished, he still had dirt under his nails — clearly not the level of care you expect from a professional salon. My 8-year-old daughter and I had gel manicures and pedicures. While my pedicure itself was done fairly well, the technician repeatedly pressured me to upgrade to a more expensive option. When I politely declined and chose the classic pedicure, she responded with, “So you want nothing?” — which felt rude and unprofessional. The manicure was even worse. I asked for my nails to be trimmed and rounded, but she cut them almost completely off and shaped them into sharp, uneven squares. She barely filed them, and when working on my cuticles, she used what looked like a drugstore-bought tool that actually hurt — something I’ve never experienced before. The polish ended up uneven, with visible bumps and bubbles. When I pointed it out, another tech made only a minimal attempt to fix the sharp corners. My daughter’s gel manicure was also poorly done — polish on her skin, visible bumps and bubbles, and uneven coverage that looked like something she could’ve done herself. Despite all of this, we were charged full price. No refund or discount was offered. The manager tried to offer a gift card, but we don’t live in El Paso — we were just passing through for a wedding in New Mexico. Overall, the quality of work was far below standard, and the staff didn’t seem to recognize or take responsibility for the poor results even when shown. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking professional service or customer care.

As soon as I walked in great atmosphere, I was greeted and helped right away! I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long. My family wanted to give me a birthday gift and sent me here, so I was a little nervous but Kevin was awesome great convo and then I got to sit with his wife which who also is amazing love the western design she did exactly what I asked for. They just made everything very comfortable if there was more stars I would definitely rate this place higher. Definitely going back for more services !!! The only thing I regret was not catching Kevin’s wife name.

I have tried time and time again… every time it gets worse. I will not be returning. I got both a pedicure and full set. The lady who did my pedicure over cut my nail saying I had an ingrown, which I did not. She pinched my toe so bad I told her to stop and she giggled as if I was playing with her. She could tell I was in discomfort and she continued doing things that clearly were bothering me because I kept having to tell her. She burned me with the hot towel, dropped the hot stones and said oh well and just used her hands instead… I mean I paid for the service but okay… The nail polish isn’t straight but I figured well I can’t be too picky and I was just wanting to get out of that damn chair…. Move onto my full-set. First they were crooked and I told the gentleman doing them they were and he told me no it’s fine. He filed my nails down so much my nail beds hurt. He was so rough I walked out bleeding from my hands and with chemicals of some sort I cannot wash off my fingers even hours later. I regret spending $160 for poor work, cuts, and a horrible experience. I will not ever return. I will find a better place and get these fixed. Desperation for needing my nails done this week definitely came back to hunt me… save your self money, time, and your nails & go somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this place and gave it three tries. The first time I spent almost 200 , pedi + mani and left with bumpy, uneven nails. The second time I paid for a gelly pedicure because I wanted a long massage, but the tech doing my feet didn’t know how to do it, and the guy doing my hands had to guide her through the process. On top of that, the gel on my nails started peeling the very next day. Finally, the third time I got a gel manicure on Saturday, and by Sunday my nails were already peeling off again. Unfortunately, the quality and training are not what you would expect for the prices charged.
