2025-12-15Went to get my gel x removed first thing I requested was to preserve my natural nail. Not only did the lady doing my nails not acknowledge my existence till she was almost done but she also was extremely rough. She drilled my nails excessively and not only did she leave gel—x residue but also in areas took off a layer of my natural nail. When filing she left my nails uneven. I asked twice if that’s how it’s supposed to be and they said that is just how it is. Which is ridiculous I know for a fact you can soak and use a scraper to get the last bit of gel x off because I’ve had it done before. If you care about your nail health I can’t recommend this place. This is a cop out. My nails were done by a reputable person and were done correctly they have removed and redone my nails twice and I NEVER HAD ISSUES. I went in just for a removal so I was rushed in and out, the tech was extremely rough and did not soak my nails for very long. Only went in with a dremel, I literally flinched because she was pushing so hard. My nails are so raw that weeks after coming in they are peeling cracking and hot water literally hurts my nails. Blaming this on my previous nail tech is ridiculous. Take some accountability.

Andy does an amazing job every single time—these nails turned out absolutely stunning! The attention to detail and care Andy puts into the design really shows. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely my go-to spot for nails and pedicures.

I love walking in here with the smiling welcoming people, Ive gotten Sophia twice now, and she has been amazing! I love how my nails have turned out yet again! At this point, everyone I have had has done a wonderful job. My favorite nail salon around!
