New Schibolo Nails

Every time I’d come here they always try to talk me out of getting dip even when I say it’s what I want. Usually I’d just go with it. I kept coming back because they still did a good job and I liked the place. This time I stood by wanting dip and when I left I noticed white streaks left all over my nails from the powder. Hard to tell in the pictures but it was really upsetting, I was about to go to a wedding and didn’t have time to go back in

PRICE GOUGERS! Do not recommend! I have tried this place a few times and every time the price gets higher and higher. I just left and it cost $88 for a set of acrylic nails. I didn’t want acrylic- I wanted dip powder but apparently they don’t have anyone that knows how to do dip French nails. I did NOT ask for a high French nail and their comments below are a lie. They did not do what I asked and their communication was very bad because nobody can speak English. I also sent several people here but now I regret it. They charged me another time $20 for chrome that was not applied with an applicator (very unsanitary) but with the girls finger that took 30 seconds to put on then they added $10 to take off my old nails that they applied and then charged me for shaping the new ones. When the tech was shaping my nails, I told her after one finger it wasn’t the shape I wanted but she continued to do all 10 the way she started. Then they charge me extra for shaping even though I told her it wasn’t what I wanted. So did she ignore me or just not speak English? They obviously participate in price gouging and will keep gouging you more and more each time you come. There is no one here who speaks English. They are not capable of writing a complete sentence so it is interesting to me that the person that comments on the reviews has good English grammar. It must be a marketing person that they pay to respond, not the man who checked me out and said he was the owner. They provide low quality nail services for SUPER HIGH PRICES! I love the atmosphere and staff here! I am so thrilled with how my nails turned out. Andy, my new favorite nail tech there, is amazing!! He suggested trying chrome on my nails and I’ve never loved them more. I also received a relaxing pedicure treatment that included a lovely massage with hot stones. Andy was so friendly, personable, and talented. 10/10 recommended requesting ANDY. I walked out with a huge smile and appreciation.

I love this nail salon! It’s so pretty on the inside and always very clean. Bi (Bee) is amazing! He has the best shaping and always has ideas to make the inspiration come to life. This is hands down my favorite salon I’ve found in New Braunfels!

I had a great fill and manicure today with Helen! I’m a mom of 4 so it’s really difficult to get to the salon and keep my hands looking nice. I showed up 15 minutes early and got seated right away. From start to finish was just over 30 minutes and that’s a perfect amount of time. Helen took her time and was gentle, yet got me all finished and on my way with a little extra time to grab some coffee before my “mom break” was over! Can’t wait to come back for another fill and hopefully a pedi!
