Not sure what the gentleman’s name was who did my nails. The quality of the nails is just not worth $90+ (that was with a 10% discount and tip not included). It’s hard to get a proper photo but the edge of the French tip on all the nails are not a clean line. The sides aren’t clean, super thick sides, some don’t even touch the edge of the nail. None of them are even. He used the nail polish brush to create the French tip and did not use a detail brush to make the lines even. He nipped my cuticle on 3 fingers. Overall, displeased. Sloppy job. I can’t speak on any of the other techs, but this guy was just not good or detailed. He was also watching a show or movie the entire time and would often look away from my nails. I included the reference photo I showed. The reference photo has stars. But you could definitely see the difference in the line work of the French tips.

Just stopped by to say how amazing the team is. They really do a good job on pedicures, my nails came out so pretty. I highly recommend this place. Also the menu for the drinks omgggg so so good and they are complementary. I’m already thinking of coming back but I just left 😆 🩷🙏 Tammi the manager is so nice! 😅

I've been going to this salon for quite some time now.... I had issues with a manicure peeling a few days after it was done. (Acrylic/gel polish) I mentioned the issue at my next appointment and they added a second layer of gel polish to my nails. That definitely helped. I went on Saturday for a fill with gel polish and two days later my nails are lifting and breaking. I went back and they fixed the one nail that was broken. I'm glad they did that however I went in yesterday to ask if they could fix my nails... they set and appropriate for today and assured me they could fix them all. I returned today to get them redone and the manager/owner said it was because my powder was too old due to too many fills. So he offered a discount for a new set or to just fix the one that was clearly already broken off. I was not very happy about it but agreed and decided I just won't be returning here.

Tony is AMAZING and always does such a great job. I want to give 5 stars, but this is the third instance now where I’ve been in here and the girl next to me is on FaceTime on speaker for the whole place to hear the entire time…you come here to relax not hear someone talk to their bf…and I’ve complained and nothing is done about it ever.

I took my daughters here to get their nails done for homecoming, and honestly, I’m very disappointed with the entire experience. We started with pedicures, but none of the pedicure seats had working USB ports. My first daughter paid for tips and acrylic, but when she came out of the chair the acrylic was applied all the way down to her natural nail line — not at all what she asked for. When we asked for a price quote on nails, the staff gave us different answers each time. At first, they said they don’t charge for length, but when my second daughter asked again, suddenly they did. The inconsistency was frustrating. While getting her nails done, the technician told my second daughter she needed a manicure for an extra $10. When she asked what the manicure included, the answer was basically just cutting and cleaning cuticles — something that should already be part of the service. For nails as short as her natural line with French tips, the total came out to $130, which feels outrageous. The owner came over mid-service and offered a $10 discount to cover the manicure, but when we checked out, that discount was nowhere to be found on the receipt. The only “discount” applied was for paying cash instead of card. On top of that, we were charged a $10 “convenience fee,” which was never explained beforehand and just added insult to injury. To make matters worse, the manager, Marissa, was rude, dismissive, and made it clear she didn’t care how our experience went. We left feeling brushed off and unwelcome. The one bright spot was that my daughter’s nails did come out looking great, and I appreciate the gentleman who actually took his time and listened to what she wanted. But unfortunately, the poor management, inconsistent pricing, hidden fees, and rude service overshadowed everything else. Do not waste your money here.
