Update: This is why I changed it to a one star, she didn’t address the fact that she was being dismissive nor did she apologize for it. Over it and I will NOT be coming back. Once again, appreciate your customers while you have them and while they’re trying to talk to you because people can and will go somewhere else. I came here last Saturday for the first time to get a pedicure. It was 25-30 mins before they closed and I was happy they were able to take me in and do the service. I met the owner/manager Linda and her daughter, complimented her on how nice her nail spa was and rebooked for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. I showed up today and brought my mom as well to get a pedicure and gel manicure. I dropped them off and came back to pay and I was surprised at my ticket because I was charged an extra $10 for callus removal. I have had my nails and toes done for the past 20 years and I’ve NEVER been to any nail shop that charges EXTRA for callus removal?! I feel like now they’re just charging for every little thing and that is ridiculous! To me, it didn’t make sense at all, I still paid and left a tip. Afterwards, I tried to talk to the manager Linda about it and I feel like her and her daughter were being dismissive. As a business owner, that didn’t sit well with me. I am trying to address you and I’m literally standing there and you didn’t acknowledge me, it was completely disrespectful of you! I walked out & I will not be returning. Work on your customer service skills, being consistent with your customers and appreciating them because people can always go somewhere else! This review received two stars only because Linda was nice the first time I came and I liked it so much, I came back with my family. I also think that you should revise your pricing. I think it should be 12 and under instead of 10 and under. $40 for a gel manicure for an 11 year old is a bit much. Thank you for your services but I will NOT be returning, really disappointed in how you handled the situation tonight. You would’ve had a returning customers with many referrals. It’s so sad how you treated a first time customer, yall need to work on that.

Best nail salon experience I have ever had! I am beyond in love with my nails. I came in with a few pictures for inspiration and Icy did an amazing job getting them done for me. She was so sweet and so detailed I will definitely be coming back. I also had a pedicure done by Helen that was also amazing! Even the young lady at the front that helped me check in and pay at the end I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet and welcoming. I completely loved my experience here so glad I came and will definitely be back.

I will never let anyone but Icey to my nails again!! Love this salon so much - after searching long and hard for a reliable salon and nail artist, I will be recommending this place to everyone!

I’ve been going to Polish for about two years and have regularly gotten my nails and toes done here. Sadly, yesterday was my last visit. During my pedicure, the technician cut the side of my nail so deeply that it wouldn’t stop bleeding for a minute. She rushed through the service and was done with mine even before my husband’s, excluding the basic polish application. This is literally the second time i’ve got my skin cut (the other time was when I got my nails done a year ago.) What made the situation worse was how dismissive she was. She kept insisting that my skin was just “sensitive” and tried to convince me that it was still fine to apply shellac. But if it were just sensitivity, why was only one toe bleeding? It was painful and clearly not just a sensitivity issue. I declined the shellac because the area stung, and I didn’t feel comfortable exposing broken skin to UV light. I truly hate writing this kind of review because I’ve been a loyal customer for so long and I love the owners, but I’m still in pain today. It hurts when I walk or when anything rubs against my toe. This experience was not only physically painful but also frustrating to be gaslit during the process. I don’t think anyone should pay to have their skin cut and then be made to feel like it’s their fault. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Let me just say, the staff here is AMAZING. Every time I come in I am greeted with nothing but kindness. The salon itself is very well kept, I leave every time beyond happy with how my nails turned out. Icy does an amazing job, but all of the ladies here deserve a raise!!
