Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

This was the first and LAST time I go to this salon. They are very rude and have terrible customer service. My nail tech is in the Spring Branch area but I needed my polish removed so I came here. I very clearly told the lady in front that I just wanted my polish removed, NOT the acrylic. Well 4 nails in I am seeing that she’s ruining my acrylic with her drill and I stopped her. She immediately got defensive and said, “you can go”. I was trying to explain again that I just wanted my nail polish filed off. She left my nails lumpy and had a bad attitude about it. I was left sitting there trying to salvage what was left of my nails so that they would at least look decent in the meantime. (In the photos i had already tried fixing the two in the middle.) Before I walked out I wanted an explanation for why she had agreed to do it if she couldn’t. She then said that in order for her to remove the polish she would have to refill the acrylic, which was NOT what she had told me. I had tried to ask a man that was working there, thinking he’d be more understanding, but he was just as rude about the situation as she was. (They were speaking back and forth in their native language so I’m sure she said something to get him on board.) When I started asking him questions he suddenly said that he doesn’t speak English. I asked to speak to a manager and he started acting ignorant. They were both extremely rude and should not be running a business with such a nasty attitude towards customers. They deserve 0 stars.

Really good service. The nail tech lady did an amazing job with my pedicure. Anything I had an issue with she fixed it and made sure my nails were prepped and cleaned. Recommend coming here.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER TRY THIS UNPROFESSIONAL NAIL SHOP! I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at your salon. While I was there to get my eyebrows done, the women working there began touching my hair without my permission speaking in their language and laughing at me, clearly making fun of me in front of my face. It was disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. I came in expecting a professional service, not to be made to feel uncomfortable and mocked. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic decency and respect, no matter what they look like or how their hair. Don’t even get me started on the weirdo eating his lunch and spitting it out all while next to me getting my eyebrows done. This place should not be making fun of ANYONE. Jokes on you, that’s why your business is ALWAYS EMPTY. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a business that relies on customer trust and comfort. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to be cautious.

Great service, friendly staff, and clean facility. Best manicure I've had in a long time. Victor did a great job with my cuticles. Nan is the best also! Love this place. Highly recommend.
