Went in to get a refill and shape change. To begin with the guy doing my nails didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails cut down just went for it and ended up cutting my nails too short. I requested to get a shape change from square to almond and I what I got is a bulky, wide, short almond. Person doing my nails was either new or plain out rushing. I messaged the salon on messenger to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund. To which I was told “ I understand your frustration. However, per my policy, I do not offer refunds. I do offer fixes to address any concerns. If you’re unable to return, I won’t be able to proceed further. Thank you for your understanding”. This in fact is infuriating as it goes to show that this place values money over their customer satisfaction. Very unprofessional in several aspects.

I will never go to another nail salon again!! I always ask for crazy designs and they never fail to impress!! Today I had Steven (shape of nails), and he was very nice and gentle! He had a customer come in so Amber took over on the painting and design, she was very fast and did an amazing job! Got exactly what I asked for! Recommend anyone needing new nails to come here! The place is beautiful and clean!

I recently moved to my boyfriend’s area and decided to check out a nail salon nearby with him. From the moment we walked in, the service was great we were attended to quickly, and the Nail Tech even offered us something to drink while we waited. Nice start! Pedicures – 10/10 Both my boyfriend and I got pedicures, and they were honestly amazing. The shaping, painting, and overall attention to detail were top-tier. My boyfriend enjoyed his so much he actually fell asleep during it! He did get cut twice from some over-clipping, but nothing too serious — just something to be aware of. Full Set – Mixed Feelings I also got a new full set and was quoted $117 Totally fair considering it was a Sunday around 5:30 PM and I came in wanting a detailed design. I showed the front desk a photo of what I wanted (I’ve attached pics for reference), and they said they could do it. The work on my left hand came out beautifully the shape, design, and overall finish were very well done. I’d give it a solid 10/10. However, the right hand had a few small flaws. The 3D flower on that hand looked more like a blob than a flower, especially compared to the more delicate version on my left. I noticed a few other minor imperfections, but I didn’t mention them at the time. The tech stayed until 7:15 PM over an hour past closing and I could tell they were rushing a bit to wrap things up, which I totally understand. Final Total: $226 That included a $24 tip. A little pricey, but not unexpected for the level of detail I requested and the fact that it was a late appointment. Final Thoughts Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely go back. The staff was friendly and fast, the environment was relaxing, and the quality especially for the pedicure was excellent. If you’re getting something more detailed for your nails, I’d definitely recommend going in earlier in the day so they’re not rushed.

Incredible place to get a pedicure!!! Ava was amazing and took care of all the dead skin I had without care for a long time!!! I recommend it to everyone who needs care of one of the most important parts of our body!!!🙏🙏
