Lalla Pedi Spa

I never leave nails reviews but I must this time!!! This salon is the absolute best and professional. Everybody is always so kind. My nail tech Zoe is the best. No matter what nail design I show her she does it to perfection. My pedicures are always done so well and I never worry if they are going to cut my skin or not get all of the dead skin off the bottom. 1000 out 10 RECOMMEND!!

****EDIT 12/09/25**** I would like to come here and edit my previous 1 star review back to 5 star. The manager Dana called me right away to correct my nails and apologize for the service and let me know the issue had been addressed. I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla’s. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala’s but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn’t want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don’t get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn’t apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said “UGH!” And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn’t have. She has ruined this salon for me. I expect Lala’s to hire much nicer people for the prices they charge. I’m so upset. The nails look okay I guess. I just wanted to hurry and leave. I don’t know her name but I’m sure the owner can check the cameras. Today at 4:00pm

I have been coming to Lalla pedi spa since right after they opened, this place is by far the best in the Pasadena area. The owners, Dawn and Dana, run a tight ship. They get you in quickly, do great work and I always leave happy. You will not be disappointed.

I've been coming here since March and thoroughly satisfied with my service every time. I always have a reference photo and it is always delivered. Some may say what I pay for my nails and toes is pricey, however I know that I am paying for quality work that lasts. I typically get them done every month and my nails stay in tack and don't chip in between that time. Everyone is always nice and very patient with my indecision when it comes to nail colors 🥲 but I do highly appreciate all nail techs at Lalla!

Love this place! Everyone is so sweet! They really make you feel welcomed and make sure you are completely satisfied. I go to Zoe for my nails, let me tell you what, Zoe does amazing work! Highly recommend her! I have had others do my nails and yes they do great work as well! Oh and did i mention how beautiful the place is inside, and so very clean!!! If you are looking for up to date designs, and colors, a place to relax and enjoy a drink, a welcoming at home feeling nail salon, you will find all that and so much more at Lalla Pedi Spa!!! Definitely a must go and check out!!
